Chiamati innumerevoli volte, hanno sempre risposto che avrebbero richiamato al più presto. Non siamo mai stati ricontattati. Fortunatamente abbiamo la grata all’esterno o avremmo dovuto vivere con una porta che dà sul giardino che non chiude. Bellissimo (e utilissimo) lo showroom, con ampia disponibilità di campioni e opzioni. In breve tempo hanno fatto sopralluogo e lavorato ad un preventivo (cosa non semplice per il fatto che si trattava di una casa antica con misure non standard!) Il lavoro è stato fatto rispettando costi e tempi, con materiale di ottima qualità. Seri, lavoro pulito e di grande qualità (con grande scelta di diverse opzioni) Consigliatissimi! Reduci dalla visita di molti show-room e diversi preventivi, ci siamo fermati e abbiamo approfondito in primis per l’ottima esposizione (attenzione ai dettagli e ampia gamma di prodotti di ottima qualità ben esposti e con particolare gusto estetico) e per la professionalità, competenza e disponibilità con cui ci ha seguito Rossella. Soddisfatti dell’offerta abbiamo optato per completare il pacchetto d’acquisto anche con i portoncini blindati. Le consegne sono state puntuali rispetto alle date richieste e precedute da sopralluoghi in cantiere e assistenza all’installazione dei telai a supporto dell’impresa edile principale. Infine, abbiamo riscontrato nella squadra di installatori capeggiata dal titolare Domenico, massima competenza tecnica e attitudine positiva e autonoma alla risoluzione di alcune problematiche insorte. Deliveries were on time with respect to the requested dates and preceded by site inspections and assistance in installing the frames to support the main construction company. Finally, we found in the team of installers headed by the owner Domenico, maximum technical competence and a positive and independent attitude to the resolution of some problems that have arisen. The end result is of a high standard and excellent! Absolutely recommended!

Ci hanno proposto soluzioni moderne che non abbiamo trovato da altre parti e sono stati molto bravi e professionali. Nonostante qualche imprevisto sono sempre stati molto disponibili e pronti a risolverli. A distanza di mesi si è rotto il perno di una porta scorrevole e in un solo giorno sono venuti a sostituirlo. Consigliamo davvero tanto Perrero. We bought all the doors of the house from them (Pivato and DL). They proposed modern solutions that we have not found elsewhere and they were very good and professional. Despite some unexpected events they have always been very helpful and ready to solve them. Months later, the pivot of a sliding door broke and in just one day they came to replace it. We really recommend Perrero very much.
