Dagli "animali di bassa corte", pennuti o quadrupedi, fino ai bovini e ai loro tagli di una bontà eccelsa... Passando per un ottimo pane (qual è il forno che vi rifornisce? davvero ecellente!), e un po' di conserve e altri prodotti gourmet. Si tratta davvero di una eccellenza, di una tappa che non mancherà mai più nei nostri futuri viaggi. Siamo infatti turisti di passaggio, che una volta di più vengono convinti da negozi come Perozzo: vale la pena uscire dal casello, e viaggiare su percorsi non autostradali. Si impiega un poco di tempo in più, ma si scoprono perle come questa macelleria, che ripagano ampiamente il maggiore tempo di viaggio.
