Da tre settimane ho lasciato un prodotto.... Li ho chiamati stamane... Ancora manco lo hanno guardato...
Oggi 26/11 e trascorso un mese che ho lasciato il prodotto ancora niente ..
Oggi 02/12 E passata un altra settimana ancora niente... Tutto tace
17/12/20 ancora aspetto che mi chiamino per ritirare il prodotto
26/12/20 sono trascorsi 2 mesi da che ho lasciato la macchina del caffè per ripararla.... Ad oggi ancora nessuna risposta
17/01/21 ho chiamato due giorni fa.... Prodotto ancora non disponibile.... Prossima settimana fa 3 mesi che l'ho lasciato per farlo riparare.... Complimenti per la velocità
25/01/21 Finalmente dopo ben 3 MESI il prodotto e stato riparato.... Evento da festeggiare....

Today 26/11 and a month has passed since I left the product still nothing ..
Today 02/12 And another week has passed, still nothing ... Everything is silent
17/12/20 I am still waiting for them to call me to collect the product
26/12/20 2 months have passed since I left the coffee machine to repair it .... To date, still no answer
17/01/21 I called two days ago .... Product still not available .... Next week 3 months ago I left it to have it repaired .... Congratulations on the speed
25/01/21 Finally after 3 MONTHS the product has been repaired .... Event to celebrate ....

Ho ordinato il ricambio macchinetta caffè (portacapsule) ordinato e pagato il 5 Gennaio 2021, è arrivato il 27 Gennaio, quando mi avevano garantito massimo 2 settimane!!! L'ho ordinato anche su Amazon, facendo doppia spesa il 14 Gennaio ed è arrivato il 19,dopo 2 giorni lavorativi! Fate voi i conti!
Bad service, absolutely rude staff (the young lady answering the phone). I ordered the replacement coffee machine (capsule holder) ordered and paid for on January 5th 2021, it arrived on January 27th, when they guaranteed me a maximum of 2 weeks !!! I also ordered it on Amazon, doing double shopping on January 14th and it arrived on the 19th, after 2 working days! You do the math!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei pochi a Caltanissetta nel settore riparazione elettrodomestici. Personale gentile. Un po' lunghi i tempi di consegna del prodotto riparato, non so però se per colpa loro o delle aziende produttrici. Ti avvisano con un SMS quando devi ritirare il prodotto riparato.
One of the few in Caltanissetta in the appliance repair sector. Friendly staff. The delivery times for the repaired product are a bit long, but I don't know if it's their fault or the manufacturing companies' fault. They notify you with a text message when you need to collect the repaired product.
