★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattamento pessimo. Ci dicono che abbiamo solo 1 ora perché il tavolo è prenotato, cockail arrivato 50 minuti dopo e 10 minuti scarsi per tracannarlo perché ci dovevamo alzare.
Nuovo staff poco funzionale rispetto gli anni scorsi! Poca organizzazione!

Il cameriere lancia il cibo sui tavoli, mi ha fatto quasi cadere l'acqua addosso perché era di fretta.
Scortese, maleducato e sclerato.
Al tavolo affianco stessa cosa...
Cornetti schiacciati come se ci si fosse seduto un elefante sopra.
Affollato e una signora è perfino entrata senza mascherina senza che venisse richiamata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima venivo in questo locale tutti i sabati! L’aperitivo era molto ricco di cose da mangiare, noccioline, carote con salsa ecc. ora a mala pena mettono 4 cose nel piatto. I prezzi sono rimasti lì stessi ma la quantità è ridotta. Quando il locale è pieno di gente il servizio si lascia molto a desiderare.. lenti nel prendere le ordinazioni e lenti nel servire.. la perla è un locale storico di lanciano, ma non ci tornerò volentieri fin quando non aumentano le porzioni.. per non parlare del gelato! Se lo prendi al bancone e te lo mangi via paghi un prezzo! Se te lo fai portare paghi 1.50 di trasporto al tavolo! Che ladrata
I used to come to this place every Saturday! The aperitif was very rich in things to eat, peanuts, carrots with sauce, etc. now they barely put 4 things on the plate. The prices have remained the same but the quantity is reduced. When the place is full of people the service leaves a lot to be desired .. slow in taking orders and slow in serving .. la perla is a historic place in launch, but I won't go back there willingly until the portions increase .. for don't talk about the ice cream! If you take it at the counter and eat it away you pay a price! If you have it brought you pay 1.50 for transport to the table! What a steal
