Because the groups lessons are max 6 people you get individual attention and even the groups lessons are made with the people in the class on mind! So each groups lesson on the same day can be different. For me, as a Dutchie, it's even better because they speak English. Besides the groups lessons they also do PT lessons and I have to say that I'm making leaps of progress and understand my own body so much better!
