★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei dare meno..... non giudico il prodotto, ma la fornitura e l'assistenza, il rispetto dei tempi e quindi il rispetto dei clienti.
Ordinata una porta sezionale per box in febbraio tramite un grosso rivenditore di Roma. i montatori del rivenditore hanno sbagliato montaggio. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare oltre 20 gg. l'intervento di tecnici Dierre: e quindi box inutilizzabile . Rimontato il tutto, si sono accorti che una c.d. "veletta" era di dimensioni sbagliate: bisogna attendere ancora...Dopo altri 20 gg. vengono (sempre i tecnici Dierre) a montare la "veletta" ma.....non consegnano e quindi non possono montare un altro pezzo :lo "sblocco motore".. ci faranno sapere ..questo è successo ai primi di luglio...ora scopro dal loro sito che sono in ferie e chi se ne frega dei clienti...tanto il pagamento...è stato fatto in anticipo.
condizione di vendita è che il pagamento deve essere fatto necessariamente 4 gg. prima della consegna, in unica soluzione (costi di montaggio inclusi).
.cioè riepilogo: materiale ordinato a febbraio, pagamento il 4 maggio,, il 22 maggio abbiamo avuto la porta utilizzabile....e il resto....non abbiamo armi.... questa è serietà?

Ordered a sectional garage door in February through a large retailer in Rome. the assemblers of the dealer have incorrect assembly. We had to wait over 20 days. the intervention of Dierre technicians: and therefore unusable box. Reassembled everything, they realized that a so-called "veil" was the wrong size: you have to wait more ... After another 20 days. come (always Dierre technicians) to assemble the "veil" but ..... they do not deliver and therefore they cannot assemble another piece: the "engine release" .. they will let us know .. this happened in early July. .. now I find out from their website that they are on vacation and who cares about customers ... so much payment ... was done in advance.
condition of sale is that payment must necessarily be made 4 days. before delivery, in a single solution (assembly costs included).
.that is summary: material ordered in February, payment on May 4th ,, on May 22nd we had the door usable .... and the rest .... we have no weapons .... is this seriousness?
