Abbiamo completato il pagamento nella data fissata, ma del letto nemmeno l'ombra. Dopo aver atteso un giorno e aver provato a comunicare con operatori nonché con gli stessi rivenditori, ci è stato detto che il letto sarebbe arrivato alle 9 del martedì successivo( altri 8 giorni)! Fissato quindi finalmente di quale martedì si trattasse, ci hanno dato un ennesimo appuntamento alle ennesime ore 9, siamo stati brutalmente svegliati alle 7 di mattina per poter ritirare entro e non oltre 5 minuti il fantastico memory che nemmeno avevamo avuto modo di poter vedere e toccare con mano al momento dell'acquisto. Morale della favola: abbiamo avuto il letto in ritardo, un letto che avevamo scelto solo ed esclusivamente per motivi di tempistica, e ci siamo dovuti buttare giù dal letto per accorrere al ritiro curato da 2 anonimi corrieri presentatisi con tanto di bolla corretta a penna, nonché la merce non imballata a dovere (Ci hanno dato i piedi della rete del letto in mano). Lo sconsigliamo a tutti ampiamente, ci avete creato solo disagio, sembravate così accoglienti e professionali, invece tutt'altro . A	AJ OM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei di certo! Esperienza molto negativa: dopo aver comprato un materasso da 1000 euro, il suddetto si deforma subito dopo l'acquisto. Inoltrato il reclamo, mi viene detto che il supporto rete non era adeguato e che quindi non era un difetto del materasso. Sarebbe stata una valida obiezione se qualcuno si fosse degnato all'atto dell'acquisto sottolineare la tipologia di supporto NECESSARIA per quel materasso. Chiamata l'assistenza clienti a Pistoia, più inutile dell'acqua dietetica. Ha risposto un giovanotto che mi ha detto che era inutile parlare con lui in quanto bisognava scrivere una email. Scritta questa benedetta email di reclamo, mi viene risposto che l'avrebbero inoltrata al responsabile di zona...e quando ho ribadito di voler aiuto dalla sede centrale per risolvere il problema, mi è stato detto: "abbiamo inoltrato il suo reclamo al responsabile di zona"...ovviamente non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione dal responsabile di zona!!!
