Ciò che invece vorrei far presente è che al momento dell’acquisto ho chiesto informazioni sul ritiro del vecchio. Mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato gratuito, così alla consegna ho fatto trovare pronto il materasso usato. Qui la sorpresa... mi hanno chiesto 25 euro specificando che solo in questo modo avrebbero potuto ritirarlo. Mio malgrado ho deciso di pagare. Poco dopo non convinta ho chiamato il negozio. La venditrice mi ha spiegato che per portarlo nella sede stradale è gratuito altrimenti si paga 25 euro per lo smaltimento alludendo che io non fossi stata chiara con chi è venuto a ritirarlo!!!!! Beh 25 euro non sono molti a fronte del prezzo del materasso, certo è che la risposta della venditrice non mi è piaciuta e soprattutto mi chiedo se dovevo saperlo io o chi me lo ha ritirato doveva fornirmi informazioni più chiare!!!! Il commesso mi ha subito presentato un materasso molto costoso nonostante i super sconti che dicono. Non mi ha nemmeno ascoltato perché non potevo spendere quella cifra e ha iniziato a servire altre persone senza nemmeno avvisare. Ci ha abbandonato nel salone. Sono andata via e ho comprato i miei materassi altrove la sera stessa.Dove sanno soddisfare i clienti. Ha perso soldi e clienti che non entreranno piu li dentro.
