k	katia casasola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è pessima. Ho acquistato circa 10 mesi fa una poltrona, pagata circa 600 € con IVA al 4%, il che significa che sarebbe costata ancora di più. Durante il primo mese si sono scucite le trapunture dello schienale e guastato il meccanismo per lo spostamento della poltrona. Fino qui potevo anche passarci sopra, ma un giorno è successo che, abbassando completamente lo schienale, la poltrona si è rovesciata indietro...premetto che non ho fatto movimenti strani e non ho una stazza fuori norma, ero semplicemente seduta e mi volevo mettere in posizione distesa, per fortuna sono riuscita a prendere il telefono e chiedere aiuto. In pratica risulta che la base di appoggio non è adeguata alla dimensione che la seduta assume in allungamento orizzontale e il baricentro diventa instabile. Mi è anche stato detto che probabilmente dipende da usura e da un uso inadeguato, in pratica è colpa mia se la poltrona si è rotta...meno male che sono una ordinata e attenta a tenere le cose bene! Ho chiesto l'assistenza contando sulla garanzia, ma ho ricevuto un preventivo di 300 € per ripristinare le cuciture e il meccanismo rotto, con la spiegazione che solo il motore è coperto da garanzia. Non è stato nemmeno considerato il guaio del ribaltamento, fatto grave e pericoloso, soprattutto per un anziano o un disabile. Ho rifiutato l'assistenza e considero buttati via i soldi per questo pessimo prodotto. IL MIO GIUDIZIO È DECISAMENTE PESSIMO. My experience is bad. I asked for assistance counting on the guarantee, but I received a quote of € 300 to restore the seams and the broken mechanism, with the explanation that only the engine is covered by the guarantee. The trouble of overturning was not even considered, a serious and dangerous fact, especially for an elderly person or a disabled person. I declined assistance and consider my money wasted on this bad product. MY JUDGMENT IS DEFINITELY BAD.

Ci viene incontro il venditore(donna) senza un sorriso,senza un saluto. Siamo interessati ad un materasso abbastanza economico. Risposta negativa. Bisogna spendere tanto per aver un buon materasso in sostanza è stata la risposta. Tutta la vendita con la mano in TASCA come fosse al bar. Ci siano sentiti in forte imbarazzo. Potevamo fare anche uno sforzo ma ci siamo trovati malissimo e siamo usciti. PECCATO. ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA. Advertising on the TV prompted us to go as we needed a mattress. Non ha illustrato nulla nemmeno le offerte né ha risposto alle domande...anzi invitava a piegare il materasso per trasportarlo!!!! Oggi avrei voluto acquistare 2 materassi matrimoniali ma ho preferito andare altrove dove ho trovato competenza e cortesia! Alla larga da questi posti! La consegna del tutto presso la mia abitazione è avvenuta prima del previsto. Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto per l’ampia scelta di modelli, tra i vari troverete sicuramente quello che fa al caso vostro. Esperienza molto positiva.
