Ignorato dai commessi, preso in giro, nessun tipo di comunicazione da parte dell’azienda, hanno reso un acquisto una vera e propria attesa e tortura, senza neppure voler andare incontro al cliente in nessun modo. Peccato perche’ la merce non e’ neanche fatta male, ma il non servizio dello showroom e dell’azienda madre ha reso l’esperienza pessima. Da evitare assolutamente. M	Michele Pergola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letti di scarsa qualità (considerato il prezzo), in un anno prima si sono rotti i piedini (certo non ci saltiamo sopra) e poi i pistoni tutti storti del cassettone (aperto e chiuso meno di 20 volte). alla metà del prezzo si trovano da Ikea a questo punto vista la qualità. Unica nota positiva l'assistenza che sostituisce i pezzi (con i suoi tempi ma lo fa), per questo do 2 stelle. Poor quality beds (considering the price), in a year before the feet broke (we certainly do not jump on them) and then the pistons all crooked of the chest of drawers (opened and closed less than 20 times). at half the price they can be found at Ikea at this point in view of the quality. The only positive note is the assistance that replaces the pieces (with its timing but it does), for this I give 2 stars.
A	AMMATUROL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un letto contenitore e alla consegna ho scoperto che la rete non rimane chiusa se non con il materasso sopra. Quindi se cambiassi materasso dovrei assicurarmi che sia abbastanza pesante per tenere giù la rete.... Il servizio clienti mi ha risposto " è ovvio che sia così" come se io fossi appena scesa con la piena e alla mia obiezione mi ha chiesto se per caso sono un tecnico. Era meglio andare all'Ikea, almeno il costo sarebbe stato un altro I ordered a container bed and upon delivery I discovered that the slatted base does not remain closed except with the mattress on it. So if I change mattress I should make sure it's heavy enough to keep the slatted base down .... The customer service replied "of course it is" as if I had just gone down with the full tank and to my objection they asked me if by chance I am a technician. It was better to go to Ikea, at least the cost would have been different

Abbiamo acquistato il 12 novembre.. ancora stiamo aspettando il letto... NESSUNO si è fatto sentire da allora. Perché come riportato dal servizio clienti “è impensabile contattare tutti....” (è evidente che non siete in grado) Attenzione a firmare il contratto: sul retro c’e una clausola che vi impedisce il diritto di recesso per 60 giorni dalla data di consegna prevista.. ovviamente nessuno vi mette a conoscenza... una barzelletta di azienda. Il negozio è solamente un punto di esposizione ma non può risolvervi nessun problema. Abbiamo sollecitato più volte.. continuano a rimandare. se pensate di acquistare qui per evitare IKEA state facendo un grosso errore.. Ikea è su un altro livello. se invece volete qualcosa di qualità piuttosto spendete di più ma siete sicuri di ricevere la merce. STIAMO PARLANDO DI UN LETTO, non di oggettistica.. le persone si ritrovano a dormire per terra.. vergognatevi e cambiate mestiere. They guarantee delivery in a "MAXIMUM OF 8 WEEKS" .. a lie that they stage to close the sale. We purchased on November 12 .. we are still waiting for the bed ... NO ONE has been felt ever since. Ikea is on another level. but if you want something of quality rather spend more, but you're sure to receive the goods. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A BED, not objects .. people are left to sleep on the floor .. ashamed and change job.
