Ho preso appuntamento per una piega e non solo ho dovuto aspettare più di 20 minuti , alla mia richiesta di sapere quanto tempo ancora avrei dovuto aspettare mi è stato detto che la precedente cliente aspettava da un'ora e mezzo e non si sapeva quando sarebbe toccato a me... sono dovuta andare via senza piega... sicuramente non tornerò. Se non si possono fare troppe clienti non si deve dare appuntamento
