Shop dedicated to animals. Very stocked with gadgets, food, drink accessories and everything for our needs. The staff are very kind and always available to help or provide very useful advice. A really great petshop. The prices are good and the value for money is very good. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da 15/20 anni che siamo clienti di questo negozio e per la prima volta abbiamo avuto bisogno di chiedere la sostituzione di un biberon per cavie in quanto acquistato rotto.
Siamo ritornati il giorno successivo per fare presente del problema e mi è stato detto in malo modo che non era possibile che ci avessero venduto il biberon rotto, accusandoci di averlo danneggiato noi a casa per poi chiederne la sostituzione.
Dopo aver ribadito che il biberon non era stato nemmeno usato ce l'hanno sostituito in modo assai sgarbato.
Premetto che ho portato il biberon il giorno dopo averlo acquistato e con scontrino.
Ho avuto altri problemi in passato che preferisco non mettere in luce per una questione di correttezza però sconsiglio tale negozio.
We have been customers of this shop for 15/20 years and for the first time we needed to ask for the replacement of a bottle for guinea pigs as it was purchased broken.
We returned the next day to report the problem and I was told in a bad way that it was not possible that they had sold us the broken bottle, accusing us of having damaged it at home and then asking for a replacement.
After reiterating that the bottle had not even been used, they replaced it in a very rude way.
I state that I brought the bottle the day after buying it and with the receipt.
I have had other problems in the past that I prefer not to highlight as a matter of fairness, but I do not recommend such a shop.
