★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per una riparazione caldaia mi viene detto che è inseparabile e proposto una sostituzione con caldaia nuova confrontando la diagnosi con altro tecnico scopro che è riparabile con una cifra ridicola.
Non contattateli sono poco professionali e lucrano approfittando del povero mal capitato.
 Called for a boiler repair I am told that it is inseparable and proposed a replacement with a new boiler comparing the diagnosis with another technician I discover that it can be repaired with a ridiculous figure.
Do not contact them, they are unprofessional and profit by taking advantage of the poor who happened to be ill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indecenti, è praricamente impossibile contattarli, tutti i numeri reperibili online non sono attivi, sono mesi che provo a contattarli per un'operazione di manutenzione...vi sconsiglio vivamente di affidarvi a loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi duole non aver letto le recensioni prima. Vedo che la condotta a dir poco truffaldina e' la prassi x questa ditta. Il tecnico senza nemmeno svitate una vite ha sentenziato che i 2 condizionatori avevano un danno molto costoso e che avrebbe richiesto tempo x la riparazione causa arrivo di ricambi. In alternativa mi ha proposto la sostituzione di entrambi i condizionatori ad un costo elevato. Ha inventato scuse sull'impianto....ha chiesto che un elettricista intervenisse x modifiche all'impianto. Poi preso il compenso x la visita è andato via promettendo un preventivo rapido. Sollecitato 2 volte ha prima accampato scuse...poi difficoltà a prenotare il giorno x la riparazione x troppo lavoro poi si è negato e non risponde ai messaggi. Non vale la penso economica ma andrebbero denunciati x truffa perché questo è.

Alternatively, he offered me the replacement of both air conditioners at a high cost. He made up excuses about the system .... he asked for an electrician to intervene x changes to the system. Then he got the fee for the visit and went away promising a quick quote. Prompted twice, he first made an apology ... then it was difficult to book the day for the repair x too much work, then he denied himself and did not reply to messages. It is not worth the economic thought but x scam should be reported because this is.

Avevo la caldaia di pochi anni da riparare, chiamo per l'intervento di un tecnico, che fa una verifica e mi viene consigliato da sostituire la caldaia perché secondo loro irreparabile. Prenoto per la sostituzione, mi promettono una delle migliori Marche della Bosh, lascio l'acconto, e alla consegna mi installano una caldaia sotto marca, facendomi pagare una cifra eccessiva che non corrisponde con la qualità. Dopo nemmeno 5 giorni, la caldaia ha un guasto. Contatto l'assistenza, che mi lascia 6 giorni di attesa, senza alcun supporto. Mi hanno sostituito un pezzo che doveva essere incluso nella garanzia, invece mi hanno fatto pagare altri soldi.
0 affidabilità.
Assolutamente da evitare.
I contacted this company, it was my worst experience. I had a few years old boiler to repair, I call for the intervention of a technician, who does a check and is advised to replace the boiler because in their opinion it is irreparable. I book for the replacement, they promise me one of the best Bosh brands, I leave the deposit, and upon delivery they install a branded boiler for me, making me pay an excessive amount that does not correspond to the quality. After less than 5 days, the boiler fails. I contact support, which leaves me waiting for 6 days, without any support. They replaced a part that was supposed to be included in the warranty, but instead charged me more money.
0 reliability.
Absolutely to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti , il tecnico viene a casa e dice che c'è da cambiare la scheda perché non funziona il telecomando , prende 35 euro e va via.
Arriva mio figlio e risolve il problema in un minuto regolando la frequenza del telecomando.Non ho parole .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta pessima, chiamato per un condizionatore che non funzionava, il preunto tecnico viene con un aggeggo elettronico lo appoggia al condizionatore e dice che va sostituito perché rotto. Mi fido cambio il condizionatore, non va l'aria calda, richiamo non se ne accorge di un tubo danneggiato da lui stesso durante l'installazione sicuramente, mi invia a dire heva fatto un lavoro enorme, io accetto ma si nega in continuazione prima per malattia ppoi non rispondono nemmeno a messaggi e telefonate. Da evitare assolutamente.
rispondo al Vs commento con indifferenza, innanzitutto io non ho mai minacciato nessuno quindi attenzione a quello che scrivete, altrimenti mi vedo costretto a procedere per via legale, poi se nelle recensioni parlano tutto della stessa cosa, che siete incompetenti e non sapete lavorare. Per cortesia....imparate prima l'umiltà nella vita....che quello che conta... buona giornata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno le invio questa mia per disdire il contratto stipulato con voi;
per i motivi elencoti sotto non intendo rinnovarlo:
1) I termosifoni gocciolano ancora dopo l'intervento dell'operaio che è venuto più volte per l'ho stesso motivo l'anno scorso,
( prima non gocciolavano tutti ma solo uno) questo già detto per WhatZapp alla sig. Flora.
2) dopo aver speso 100 €. per il filtro sotto la caldaia goccilava.
3) come da comtratto durante l'anno doveva essere fatto un controllo generale alla caldaia (motivo del contratto stesso) ma non è intervenuto nessuno anche se ho tentato in vano di mettermi in contatto telefonico ma non risponde mai nessuno e non si attiva la segreteria.
4) per tutti questi motivi e non solo, chiedo la risoluzione del contratto con questa mail, perchè non ho trovato nessuna P.E.C. della su detta ditta neppure sul contratto.

4) for all these reasons and not only, I ask for the termination of the contract with this email, because I have not found any P.E.C. of the above company not even on the contract.
