Niente da dire sui volontari che stanno a contatto diretto con i cani che li accudiscono e li portano a spasso ma chi lo gestisce (che tra l'altro lo fa'dalla Toscana...e decide senza neanche conoscerti di persona) ha solo un interesse strettamente economico . ll canile non è sovvenzionato dal comune non si sa' perche' e dicono che i cani arrivano dalla Spagna forse il sud Italia é passato di moda , chiedono per questo il rimborso del viaggio che sta a te capire quale sia l'importo perché solo dopo svariate richieste hanno definito in minimo 100 - 170 euro ma vince chi offre di più altro che libera o se conoscenti. Propio a fianco si trova un ambulatorio veterinario ed un negozio di articoli per animali che fornisce se volete anche il servizio funebre tomba e lapide compresa ( personalizzata e di tutti i prezzi...) e propio davanti hanno aperto un bel cimitero per animali per chiudere il cerchio. .. Se non è un business questo! Vero che servono aiuti per continuare ma almeno date la possibilità a queste creature di avere una vera casa e non teneteveli lì per fare numero fare pena e chiedere soldi. Se siete riusciti ad adottarne uno fatemi sapere come avete fatto e cosa gli avete dato. Peccato Sad experience. Right next to it there is a veterinary clinic and a pet shop that supplies if you also want the funeral service including tomb and tombstone (personalized and of all prices ...) and in front of them they have opened a nice cemetery for animals to close the circle. .. If it is not a business this! True that you need help to continue but at least give these creatures the chance to have a real home and don't keep them there to make up for a penalty and ask for money. P	Paola Merati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato mio fratello in questo rifugio per l'adozione di Pablo, un cane di due anni. L'annuncio lo presenta come "buono, giocherellone e splendido in passeggiata". Abbiamo spiegato subito ad Alice che a casa abbiamo un'altro cane, e lei ha risposto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi perché Pablo proviene da una famiglia in cui erano presenti altri due cani. Oggi, dopo la quarta visita al rifugio, a mio fratello è stata negata l'adozione di Pablo con la giustificazione che non è compatibile con la presenza di altri cani in giardino!! Alice ha inoltre aggiunto che Pablo può essere molto pericoloso in presenza di suoi simili, a differenza di ciò che viene descritto nell'annuncio. Non si capisce il comportamento di Alice, poco trasparente e decisamente scorretta nei confronti di mio fratello, ma anche in quelli di Pablo. È triste pensare che l'ostracismo di questi rifugi possa fare del male agli animali anziché del bene. Se veramente il motivo del rifiuto all'adozione è quello che ci è stato comunicato oggi perché non dirlo subito? Perché sottoporre Pablo e mio fratello a ben quattro incontri conoscitivi? Dove sta l'umanità ed il rispetto per gli animali? Dov'è la correttezza? Purtroppo per Pablo, in questo rifugio non ci saranno speranze di adozione. Alice also added that Pablo can be very dangerous in the presence of his fellows, unlike what is described in the ad. We do not understand Alice's behavior, not very transparent and decidedly incorrect towards my brother, but also in those of Pablo. It is sad to think that ostracizing these shelters can harm animals rather than good. If the reason for the refusal to adopt is really what was communicated to us today, why not say it immediately? Why subject Pablo and my brother to four cognitive meetings? Where is humanity and respect for animals? Where is the correctness? Unfortunately for Pablo, there will be no hope of adoption in this refuge.

Amano fare quello che fanno e fanno sentire i cani come se fosse a casa loro. Io parlo per me che il mio cane lo sto lasciando lì in pensione, ma vedo come si comportano con il mio cane che ha una famiglia e con quelli che purtroppo non hanno trovato una famiglia ancora e si comportano con tutti allo stesso modo, non ci sono differenze.. Tutti coccolati e amati nella stessa maniera. Box sempre molto puliti. Sempre molto gentile e disponibili. Io consiglio... Mi sto trovando da dio Fantastic! Very friendly people, and both the volunteers and Alice can be seen that they love being in contact with animals, of every size and every breed. They love to do what they do and make dogs feel like it is their home. I speak for myself that I am leaving my dog there in retirement, but I see how they behave with my dog who has a family and with those who unfortunately have not found a family yet and behave with everyone in the same way, there are differences .. Un rifugio dove l'impegno per il benessere dei cani rasenta l'eroismo ma,allo stesso tempo,dove l'adottante viene "guidato" e consigliato al meglio sotto ogni aspetto. Non sarò mai abbastanza riconoscente. I think listing adjectives or describing one's experience are not enough because this place fills the heart and opens the eyes. A refuge where the commitment to the well-being of dogs borders on heroism but, at the same time, where the adopter is "guided" and advised to the best in every respect. I will never be grateful enough.
