A	Alessandro Chiarati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nostra gatta Yvonne si è trovata benissimo: accudita, servita, coccolata e riverita durante le vacanze: estive nel nostro caso ma la struttura è aperta anche in inverno con box riscaldati. I box sono perfettamente puliti e molto spaziosi (con la possibilità di vista giardino) e Yvonne ha mantenuto le sue abitudini alimentari. Al rientro era tranquillissima e non ha mostrato nessun segno di nervosismo. La gestione della struttura è perfetta anche dal punto di vista amministrativo e veterinario. Un grazie di cuore a Vittoria, ritorneremo presto con la sorellina di Yvonne: Mirtilla! Voto: ECCELLENTE! Our cat Yvonne had a great time: looked after, served, pampered and revered during the holidays: summer in our case but the structure is also open in winter with heated boxes. The boxes are perfectly clean and very spacious (with the possibility of a garden view) and Yvonne has maintained her eating habits. Upon returning, she was very quiet and showed no signs of nervousness. The management of the facility is also perfect from an administrative and veterinary point of view. A heartfelt thanks to Vittoria, we will be back soon with Yvonne's little sister: Mirtilla! Rating: EXCELLENT!

Fin dal primo momento mi è stato chiaro che fosse il posto giusto peri i miei amici a 4 zampe. Vittoria è una persona splendida che gestisce la pensione e tratta gli animali con amore, come se fossero i suoi. Al ritorno dalle vacanze avevo quasi paura che i mici non volessero più tornare a casa. Tutte le volte che ne avrò bisogno, so già a chi rivolgermi. Looking for a boarding house that could accommodate my kittens, I learned of the structure managed by Vittoria. From the first moment it was clear to me that it was the right place for my 4-legged friends. Vittoria is a wonderful person who runs the pension and treats animals with love, as if they were her own. When I returned from vacation I was almost afraid that the cats would not want to go home anymore. Whenever I need it, I already know who to contact.
V	Valentina D'Avolio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, Vittoria è davvero fantastica! Questo è stato il terzo anno che abbiamo portato i nostri micioni Coco e Chanel e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Quest'anno siamo stati via quasi un mese perché ci siamo sposati e non potevamo portarli con noi, eravamo un po' preoccupati ma ed è andato tutto benissimo ed al nostro rientro i gatti erano perfetti. I box sono grandi e puliti, con una parte aperta e una parte chiusa climatizzata, cibo di qualità.....e tanto amore. Lo consiglio sicuramente....e ci ritorneremo il prossimo anno ? What can I say, Vittoria is really fantastic! This was the third year we brought our cats Coco and Chanel and we never had any problems. This year we were gone for almost a month because we got married and we couldn't take them with us, we were a bit worried but everything went very well and when we got back the cats were perfect. The stalls are large and clean, with an open part and a closed part with air conditioning, quality food ..... and lots of love. Definitely recommend it .... and we will be back next year ?

La pensione, a gestione familiare, è divisa magnificamente tra cani e gatti: il marito segue i cani mentre la moglie i gatti. In particolare la Signora Vittoria è unica, gentilissima, educata, disponibilissima a ogni tipo di alimentazione... si vede che lo fa col cuore. Durante la nostra settimana di assenza ci ha tenuti costantemente informati anche con video stupendi, non ci ha fatto sentire per niente trascurata la nostra gattina. Ed al nostro rientro era pure dispiaciuta di andarsene. Meglio di così! Adesso che abbiamo trovato una vera ed onesta persona di fiducia potrò permettermi di organizzare anche viaggi dove non posso purtroppo portarmi dietro la mia gattina. The family-run guesthouse is beautifully divided between dogs and cats: the husband follows the dogs while the wife follows the cats. In particular, Mrs. Vittoria is unique, very kind, polite, extremely available to any type of diet ... you can see that she does it with her heart. During our week of absence she kept us constantly informed even with wonderful videos, she didn't make us feel neglected at all about our kitty. And on our return she was also sorry to leave. Better than this! Now that we have found a real and honest trustworthy person, I can afford to organize trips where I unfortunately cannot take my kitten with me. Thanks Vittoria

Questa volta non c'era posto nei box con vista giardino ma Vittoria è riuscita lo stesso a trovare un box ottimale per lui. Come l'anno scorso ci ha mandato video e messaggi per aggiornarci sul suo stato. Al nostro rientro, dopo una settimana, lo abbiamo trovato tranquillo e rilassato. Sicuramente questa resta la nostra pensione di fiducia. Consigliatissimo. It is the second year that we have brought our Emme to this pension. This time there was no space in the pits with a garden view but Vittoria still managed to find an optimal box for him. Like last year, he sent us videos and messages to update us on his status. Upon our return, after a week, we found him calm and relaxed. Surely this remains our trusted pension. Highly recommended.

Sono ampiamente soddisfatta e se potessi dare più di 5 stelle, sicuramente lo farei. Il posto è a dir poco stupendo, le gabbiette sono belle, spaziose e pulite, non potevo trovare posto migliore! La proprietaria trasmette a noi padroni un amore per gli animali immenso e mi sento davvero tranquilla tutte le volte che lascio loro i miei due gattini ❤️ i prezzi sono più che onesti, ricevo quotidianamente video e notizie dei miei gatti e riesco a vivere questa distanza momentanea con la massima serenità. Davvero non potevo fare scelta migliore! Non smetterò mai di ringraziarli ❤️❤️❤️ I relied on this pension for a very long period because for work I had to temporarily find accommodation for my two kittens .. what can I say? I am highly satisfied and if I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. The place is nothing short of gorgeous, the cages are nice, spacious and clean, I couldn't find a better place! The owner transmits to us owners an immense love for animals and I feel really calm every time I leave them my two kittens ❤️ the prices are more than honest, I receive daily videos and news of my cats and I can live this momentary distance with the utmost serenity. I really couldn't have made a better choice! I will never stop thanking them ❤️❤️❤️

Ci ha sempre tenuto aggiornate su Tigro con messaggi e video.E' risultato che Tigro era come fosse con noi.Il gattino è stato tenuto molto accudito ed è tornato a casa, tranquillissimo e sereno.Dalla pensione Felix tanta competenza,professionalità e serietà. Ritorneremo certamente.Ancora grazie alla signora Vittoria, per il nostro gattone, che per noi è parte della nostra famiglia.Matilde e Nicoletta. We brought our beloved cat from the Felix pension. It was the first time we separated from Tigrotto (our cat) and we were very worried. Mrs. Vittoria, owner of the Felix pension, is very competent and caring. He always kept us updated on Tigro with messages and videos. It turned out that Tigro was as if he were with us. The kitten was kept very well looked after and returned home, very calm and serene. From the Felix pension a lot of competence, professionalism and seriousness. We will certainly return, thanks again to Mrs. Vittoria, for our cat, which for us is part of our family, Matilde and Nicoletta.
S	Sara Bugetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi mettere più di 5 stelle, le metterei. Abbiamo tre gattoni, tutti e tre con dei caratteri molto diversi tra loro e abbastanza particolari. Due su tre sono introversi e restii al contatto con altri esseri umani al di fuori dei componenti della famiglia. Inoltre, tutti e tre hanno esigenze alimentari specifiche, uno prende il cortisone ed un altro solo cibo casalingo. La premessa di per sé è complicata. Vittoria, grazie al suo evidente amore per i felini, è riuscita a gestire tranquillamente la situazione. I gatti, a differenza da precedenti esperienze in altre pensioni, sono tornati a casa che non presentavano nessuna forma di stress. Erano tranquilli e super affettuosi. Inutile dire che quando si lavora con amore e con etica, il risultato si nota. Super consigliato! If I could put more than 5 stars, I would put them. We have three big cats, all three with very different and quite particular characters. Two out of three are introverted and reluctant to contact other human beings outside family members. Additionally, all three have specific dietary needs, one taking cortisone and another just home food. The premise itself is complicated. Vittoria, thanks to her evident love for felines, managed to calmly manage the situation. The cats, unlike previous experiences in other boarding houses, returned home without any form of stress. They were calm and super loving. It goes without saying that when you work with love and ethics, the result is noticeable. Super recommended!
