Si occupano completamente di Zoe e fea appena contatto Alessandro per avere loro notizie ricevo foto, video, aggiornamenti sulle loro condizioni di salute, commenti sui loro comportamenti. Consiglio a tutti di dare loro una opportunità, a questo magnifico staff che segue con professionalità e dedizione i nostri pezzettini di cuore che per un motivo o per un altro siamo costretti a lasciare per un periodo. Non posso che dire grazie I can only thank everyone for the excellent job done with my dogs, I live abroad and they are a salvation for me. They take care of Zoe completely and as soon as I contact Alessandro to have news of them, I receive photos, videos, updates on their health conditions, comments on their behavior. I advise everyone to give them an opportunity, to this magnificent staff that follows our little pieces of heart with professionalism and dedication that for one reason or another we are forced to leave for a period. Mentre ero lontana ho ricevuto costanti aggiornamenti sulla situazione e anche un video e, al mio ritorno, il cane era sereno ed in perfetto stato di salute. Se ne dovessi avere ancora bisogno, non esiterei un attimo a ricontattarli. Soddisfattissima! I left my dog at the Sanna pension because I had to travel by plane for a short vacation and I found maximum availability and welcome. While I was away I received constant updates on the situation and also a video and, upon my return, the dog was calm and in perfect health. If I still need it, I would not hesitate a moment to contact them again. Very satisfied!

Struttura pulita e curata nei minimi particolari, c’è anche la possibilità di lavare gli animali. I prezzi sono molto onesti. Il nostro amico a quattro zampe Ciccio si è innamorato del posto dopo poche visite ed è sempre contento di ritornarci. Lo consiglio soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia, carente in altre strutture del territorio!! We were really surprised by the professionalism and care that Alessandro and his delightful collaborator take towards the animals. Clean structure with attention to the smallest details, there is also the possibility to wash the animals. Prices are very fair. Our four-legged friend Ciccio fell in love with the place after a few visits and is always happy to return. I recommend it especially with regard to cleaning, lacking in other structures in the area !!
c	clara azkoitia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low level of understanding. I was not shown where my cats were. No pictures or update was sent in 15 days, only when asked I got a short feedback. Vet service unacceptable and without any idea of passport and vaccination regulations, copying mistakes made in the passports showing no knowledge at all. They should improve customer service, low level, and change the veterinary.
