Prima dicono che sono chiusi, poi aperti. Davvero scandalosi I prefer not to comment on the management, nor the way they treated us, not to mention when they don't answer the phone for days at a time. To be a guesthouse the rooms are clean, it would have been better if there hadn't been the carpet that gave off an unpleasant smell for the rest, all very good.

All'interno del Paese e a 2 passi da Maia Bassa, dall'ingresso della MEBO e da Merano. Posto adatto anche per le famiglie. Spacious, comfortable silent clean. Owner pleasant and helpful. Inside the country, and 2 steps from the Maia Bassa, from the entrance of MEBO and Merano. Suitable also for families.
P	Petra Komar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht Allergiker! Bienen werden vor dem Hauseingang/Parkplatz in mehreren Bienenstöcken gehalten. Deshalb kein Sitzen auf dem Balkon über dem Hauseingang möglich und auch kein Öffnen von Türen und Fenster und dies bei Temperaturen um die 30 °. Zudem war es bei uns so, dass sich beim Öffnen der Fahrzeugtüren Bienen im Fahrzeug verirrt haben. Die Hauseigentümerin meinte danach wohl, dass man sich vor dem Urlaub erkundigen müsste, ob es für Allergiker irgendeine Gefahr gibt, aber es ist doch wohl ein Unterschied ob uns in freier Natur eine Wespe oder Biene begegnet oder das Haus von Bienen umschwärmt wird. Sowas geht gar nicht! Beware of allergy sufferers! Bees are kept in several beehives in front of the house entrance / parking lot. Therefore it is not possible to sit on the balcony above the house entrance and also no opening of doors and windows and this at temperatures around 30 °. It was also the case for us that bees got lost in the vehicle when the vehicle doors were opened. The house owner said that one should inquire before going on holiday whether there is any danger for allergy sufferers, but it makes a difference whether we encounter a wasp or a bee in the wild or whether the house is swarmed by bees. Dalla camera è possibile accedere ad un terrazzo che da su due lati dell'appartamento ed in estate è possibile pranzare fuori. La cucina è fornita dello stretto necessario (mancherebbe la moka) ed è stata utilizzata per preparare colazioni e cena senza problemi. Neo: anche a fronte di un alloggio di pochi giorni il costo per la pulizia dell'ambiente è fisso: questa non proporzionalità si riflette sulle permanenze brevi. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti e ci piacerebbe tornare! Clean and spacious environment, located on the ground floor of a house where the tenant is also located. F	Fabio Dal Soglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto odi dare giudizi negativi, mi sono trovato veramente male, appartamento spazioso e pulito, tuttavia freddo e mal riscaldato negli orari canonici in cui una persona che viene in vacanza si fa una doccia (abbiamo visitato Merano ad inizio Dicembre). Non è possibile trovare il riscaldamento acceso solo la notte verso le 6 e la sera sul tardi, lasciando il resto dell'ambiente freddo durante il giorno. Avendo fatto presente la cosa alla proprietaria ci siamo sentiti rispondere che così era deciso e non si cambiava. As much as I hate giving negative reviews, I found myself really bad, spacious and clean apartment, however cold and badly heated in the canonical times when a person who comes on vacation takes a shower (we visited Merano in early December). It is not possible to find the heating turned on only at night around 6 and late in the evening, leaving the rest of the room cold during the day. Having pointed this out to the owner, we were told that this was the case and it was not changed.
