Qualità discretamente buona, prezzi forse, dico forse, altucci. Fare un tot di km per non poter chiedere a nessuno (solo consulenti impegnati, nessuno nelle due ale dello showroom) è una grave handicap che non si può giustificare con una richiesta di prenotazione. Suvvia, ste cose si devono sistemare! Mi riservo di cambiare giudizio, senza preavviso?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza risale ad un anno e mezzo fa, presso punto vendita di Civitanova Marche , accoglienza mediocre , venditori e amministrazione anche , unica cosa positiva sono i montatori che hanno fatto un'ottimo lavoro in fase di montaggio nonostante i mobili non siano di qualità , dimenticavo, state bene attenti al saldo delle rate in fase di acquisto.
NON CONSIGLIO AFFATTO -VI POTRESTE TROVARE LA LETTERA DALL'AVVOCATO .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio compagno abbiamo comprato presso il punto vendita di Urbino,precisamente Canavaccio, cucina e living, spendendo una cifra consistente.
Tutto è andato bene fino al montaggio dei mobili, e quindi la mia esperienza era positiva....MA purtroppo mi sono dovuta ricredere. Gli elettrodomestici quindi fuochi, lavello e anche la parte esterna del forno hanno iniziato a fare la ruggine!!!!! Si, si, parlo proprio di ruggine. E preciso che abbiamo pulito sempre e solo come l'addetta alla vendita ci ha consigliato di fare. Pensate che sia finita così?????
Abbiamo sollecitato il punto vendita con numerose mail, mandate sia da me che dal mio compagno, dato che la cucina è ancora in garanzia.
Bene, dire che siamo stati ignorati è riduttivo. Siamo stati contattati solo dopo che abbiamo minacciato di fare una recensione negativa, dicendo che avrebbero aperto una pratica per verificare un'eventuale danno o che ci avrebbero fornito i contatti per muoverci noi. Cioè dopo aver speso un sacco di soldi, devo anche """sbattermi""" io per risolvere il problema? Ah, preciso che a me non è stato fornito nessun contatto. Da questo momento, pensate che si siano fatti più sentire o abbiano più risposto?!?!?!
SPARITI!!!!!!!
Abbiamo speso un sacco di soldi per materiale scadente e soprattutto non siamo stati minimamente seguiti dopo la segnalazione del nostro problema!
Peccato che i nostri soldi non avevano traccia di ruggine!!!!!!!!!!!!
