Per il resto è meglio andare altrove in quanto l'importante per pensare casa è solo prendere i soldi anticipatamente. L	Lazzaro Rendina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato nel punto vendita di Ancona dove il personale e cordiale e accogliente, ho comprato due settimini non proprio economici anzi, cosa più assurda che x ricevere la merce bisogna chiamare in magazzino e mettersi d’accordo con immagazziniri che mai nessuno di loro sa nulla, mi hanno fatto chiamare decine di volte x sapere qualcosa cioè informazioni sull’acquisto, dopo mille chiamate e stress da parte mia, finalmente ho potuto ritirare la merce. Al momento della consegna mi è stato detto di controllare una volta arrivato a casa, mi viene da chiedermi se è normale lavorare in questo modo, non avere nemmeno un controllo qualità, poi ci chiediamo xche le attività non funzionano? Poi abbiamo dovuto rivedere tutto a causa di alcuni problemi e abbiamo trovato davanti a noi una persona che ha aiutato a risolvere le nostre difficoltà e ci ha aiutato nelle scelte che facevano per noi. Quando abbiamo visto i mobili montati siamo rimasti contentissimi del risultato. Per richiederli ho dovuto fare 10 telefonate. Visto il prezzo mi sembra che l'assistenza sia penosa , inoltre credo che, visto che il mobile doveva essere messo su piedini, quei fori non avrebbero dovuto esserci. Peccato che ,alla distanza di poco più di un anno , le ante dei pensili si stiano letteralmente "spellando" della copertura in laminato,e che il top si stia gonfiando in prossimità del lavello e ormai anche oltre. La qualità del prodotto non vale neanche una stella. Praticamente una cucina usa e getta. Purchased a kitchen 18 months ago. Project, delivery and assembly on time and without serious hitches. Too bad that, after just over a year, the doors of the wall units are literally peeling off the laminate cover, and that the top is swelling near the sink and even beyond. The quality of the product is not even worth a star. Basically a disposable kitchen.
