★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando faccio visita al supermercato, mediamente due volte alla settimana, la fotografia è sempre la medesima: trovo sempre tutto e con la giusta comunicazione, personale sempre disponibile, negozio mediamente ordinato (da esperto in materia il disordine organizzato non guasta!) e pulito, prodotti a volantino sempre presenti.
Perché quattro stelle? Capisco che l'organizzazione viene dall'alto, ma arrivare alle casse e non trovare il cassiere, perché nelle corsie a sistemare la merce, è seccante. Ancora più noioso, poi, chiamare a gran voce l'operatore di turno per poter pagare la spesa.

Why four stars? I understand that the organization comes from above, but getting to the cashier and not finding the cashier, because in the aisles to arrange the goods, it is annoying. Even more boring, then, to call out the operator on duty to pay for the shopping.
