Una volta ritirata la merce, in negozio, provando la scarpa, mi rendo conto che non è stato fatto nulla di ciò che avevo chiesto, anzi, aveva fatto una cosa non richiesta, irreversibile, rovinandomi esteticamente la calzatura. In più avevo chiesto che le scarpe venissero incollate perché si vedeva chiaramente che erano scollate ed è stato fatto al mio ritiro. Titolare davvero molto scortese quando gli avevo detto che il secondo lavoro che aveva fatto non era stato richiesto, si è inventato una scusa dando colpa alla sottoscritta. Ora le mie scarpe sono rovinate

Owner very rude when I told him that the second job he had done was not requested, he invented an excuse by blaming the undersigned. Now my shoes are ruined
