Se vai per acquistare un coso mille salamelecchi, se vai per sistemare un tuo capo, incominciano ad aggrovigliarsi in più retoriche così, tanto per sovra stimare l'intervento e mungere sul prezzo. Se poi si va con una cosa tua che non usi più e da lasciare loro, ti guardano come se fossi un paria, uno straccione e non ti ascoltano nemmeno, non capendo minimamente che ognuno con i propri soldi e la propria roba fa quello che crede, l'importante è porsi civilmente. Nel commercio, in ogni epoca, un po' di diplomazia ed educazione sono basilari

Ho portato la vecchia pelliccia di visone di mia mamma pensando di darla dentro e comprarne una nuova, ma alla fine dopo aver provato parecchi capi fatti e scelto quello che mi piaceva (devo dire che c’è veramente molta scelta di sia di modelli che di colori), il titolare mi ha suggerito che avrei potuto trasformare la mia pelliccia in un modello simile, con una spesa decisamente onesta, risparmiando parecchio.
Effettivamente alla fine ho seguito il consiglio e ora sono molto soddisfatta.
Ho trovato molta competenza, professionalità e gentilezza. Consiglio.
