Il mio ragazzo mi ha comprato due borse di Valentino come regalo di Natale in questa pelletteria, una volta aperto il pacchetto ci siamo accorti che ad una borsa mancavano tre brillantini...siamo tornati molto tranquilli chiedendo se fosse possibile fare un cambio e inizialmente ci è stato risposto che non mancava nulla, dopo aver insistito hanno ammesso che effettivamente mancavano ma non potevano cambiarla perchè secondo loro era un pezzo unico (cosa smentita dopo 10 min che hanno affermato che Valentino fa questo pezzo da molto tempo e continuerà sicuramente a farlo), infastidita gli ho fatto notare un difetto sull'altra borsa e mi è stato detto "senti ti ridiamo i soldi che tanto le vendiamo lo stesso, chissà quante ne abbiamo vendute senza brillantini" perfetto, grazie e a mai più.
 Bad service. My boyfriend bought me two Valentino bags as a Christmas gift in this leather shop, once we opened the package we realized that three bags were missing from a bag ... we returned very calmly asking if it was possible to make a change and initially we it was replied that nothing was missing, after insisting they admitted that they were actually missing but they could not change it because in their opinion it was a unique piece (which was denied after 10 min which claimed that Valentino has been doing this piece for a long time and will certainly continue to do so) , annoyed I pointed out a defect on the other bag and I was told "listen we give you the money we sell it the same, who knows how many we sold without glitter" perfect, thanks and never again.
