Comprato centinaia di cose in internet spesso arrivate prima del previsto ma solo con questo corriere e uno strazio . L' indirizzo era stato trascritto in modo sbagliato, però alla buona si è riuscito a risolvere il problema. Il corriere si è mostrato una persona disponibile e subito pronta ad aiutarmi a risolvere il problema nel caso in cui si dovesse ripresentare la prossima volta. Hanno dichiarato più volte l'impossibilità della consegna a causa della mia presunta assenza (c'è sempre qualcuno dove abito e nei giorni precedenti avevo ricevuto senza problemi 3 pacchi diversi consegnati da altrettanti spedizionieri .... bah!). Apro la controversia sulla piattaforma di vendita e mi danno torto credendo a questo spedizioniere e invitandomi a ritirare il pacco in quanto in giacenza in sede: vado là e il pacco non c'è. Solo l'intervento diretto del venditore ha permesso di sbloccare la situazione e dare finalmente corso alla consegna. Tutto ciò chiaramente ha creato un notevole disagio, tanto in perdita di tempo per telefonate, mail e quant'altro, e soprattutto in termini di fastidio per il comportamento decisamente superficiale di questi signori.
