La gestione è ottima così come le maschere e accessori vari,i commessi gentilissimi. Oggi sono stata servita da un ragazzo veramente gentile e disponibile che ci ha prestato servizio accontentandoci in tutto. In generale il mio giudizio è molto positivo. The costumes are nice, certainly not an optimal material but in general there is a lot of variety. The management is excellent as well as the various masks and accessories, the very kind salesmen. Today I was served by a really kind and helpful guy who served us and satisfied us in everything. In general my opinion is very positive.

Inutile dire che eravamo tutti bellissimi! wigs for any occasion! I threw a Hawaiian themed party this summer and all my friends bought from the online shop. Needless to say, we were all beautiful!

La merce è esposta in modo approssimativo e per di più impolverata! Cercavo una parrucca e ne ho dovuto comprare due perché la prima- che non si poteva provare - neanche mi entrava!!! Ovviamente non me la hanno cambiata “perché la avevo aperta” (motivazione senza senso) e quindi ho dovuto discutere per poter comprarne un’altra alle 19,25 perché, nonostante il proprietario fosse dentro, il “negozio era chiuso”!!!! Una differenza abissale con l’altro negozio in viale delle Medaglie d’oro - dall’altra parte di Roma - visitato il giorno prima dove la gentilezza e la cortesia regnano sovrane! The staff are obnoxious and rude, while on the phone the lady was very nice. The goods are displayed roughly and moreover dusty! I was looking for a wig and I had to buy two because the first one - which you couldn't try on - didn't even fit !!! Obviously they didn't change it "because I had opened it" (nonsense motivation) and so I had to argue to be able to buy another one at 7.25pm because, despite the owner being inside, the "shop was closed" !!!! An abysmal difference with the other shop in Viale delle Medaglie d’oro - on the other side of Rome - visited the day before where kindness and courtesy reign supreme!
a	arianna pacchiarotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Svogliati, scocciati e scorretti. Vado a comprare un costume da carnevale che non posso provare poiché non dispongono del sanificatore. Alla cassa chiedo lo scontrino dicendo “in caso dovessi cambiarlo” il ragazzo rimane in silenzio e mi da lo scontrino. Tornata a casa il vestito era cortissimo, cosi torno e mi viene detto che non effettuavano cambi. Una delle signore che lavora li sembrava mi stesse facendo un favore. Almeno ditelo che non si effettuano cambi. Non tornerò mai piu e lo sconsiglierò a tutti. NOT RECOMMENDED. Listless, annoyed and unfair. I'm going to buy a carnival costume that I can't try on because they don't have a sanitizer. At the cashier I ask for the receipt saying “in case I have to change it” the boy remains silent and gives me the receipt. Back home the dress was very short, so I come back and I am told that they did not change. One of the ladies who works there looked like she was doing me a favor. At least tell them that there are no changes. I will never go back and I will advise against it to everyone.
