★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attività a conduzione familiare "storica" in Parma, i tre fratelli gestiscono il negozio con cortesia e professionalità. Meriterebbero una clientela più vasta ma la grande distribuzione presente in città con le grandi catene è un brutto nemico.
A "historic" family business in Parma, the three brothers run the shop with courtesy and professionalism. They deserve a wider clientele but the large distribution in the city with large chains is a bad enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato in un noto negozio di elettronica un decoder per ricevere i canali satellitari in chiaro. Avendo già la parabola dal precedente proprietario di casa, l'ho collegato, ma siccome non riuscivo a vedere nulla l'ho portato dal sig. Pelagatti, che ha detto che non lo conosceva ma era chiaramente un prodotto scadente. Comunque l'ha provato, e in effetti si prendevano pochissimi canali, quasi tutti russi, cinesi e polacchi. Siamo rimasti che lo avrei provato di nuovo a casa e in caso lo avrei richiamato.
Anche a casa mia si vedevano pochissimi canali, però ho cercato su internet e ho visto che ad altri utenti funzionava. D'altro canto come può un decoder nuovo non prendere neanche i canali principali? Allora ho pensato che fosse un problema di parabola e ho chiamato il sig. Pelagatti, il quale si è alterato, non mi ha fatto parlare, ha detto che il prodotto era scadente e che non aveva nulla da aggiungere, e mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia.
Allora ho chiamato un altro antennista, il quale ha capito subito il problema (avevo la parabola settata per ricevere il segnale Sky), è venuto a casa mia e in 5 minuti me lo ha risolto (ha semplicemente spostato l'attacco di un cavo). Ora mi sto godendo i 400 canali del satellite, con il mio decoder che secondo il sig. Pelagatti è scadente e non funziona.
I bought a decoder in a well-known electronics store to receive free-to-air satellite channels. Having already had the dish from the previous homeowner, I connected it, but since I couldn't see anything I took it to Mr. Pelagatti, who said he didn't know him but it was clearly a poor product. However he tried it, and in fact very few channels were taken, almost all Russian, Chinese and Polish. We stayed that I would try it again at home and in case I would call him back.
Even in my house there were very few channels, but I searched the internet and saw that it worked for other users. On the other hand, how can a new decoder not even take the main channels? Then I thought it was a parable problem and called Mr. Pelagatti, who got upset, didn't let me speak, said the product was poor and that he had nothing to add, and put the phone in my face.
So I called another antenna, who immediately understood the problem (I had the dish set to receive the Sky signal), came to my house and in 5 minutes he solved it for me (he simply moved the connection of a cable) . Now I am enjoying the 400 channels of the satellite, with my decoder which according to Mr. Pelagatti is poor and doesn't work.
