Fino alla ricezione del bonifico ho ricevuto chiamate anche di domenica nonostante abbia mandato anche la ricevuta dell'avvenuto bonifico. Mi spediscono le scarpe ed erano molto belle e fatte veramente a modo, certamente di qualità. Ma purtroppo mi andavo un po' strette sul collo del piede e quindi chiedo il reso. Mi rispondono che il reso è a spese mie mentre sul sito dicono che sia gratuito e in più chiedo il rimborso ma mi viene detto che non è possibile in quanto fanno solo dei cambi ma sul sito dicono che fanno rimborsi. Alla fine facendo notare quello che loro stessi hanno scritto sul loro sito si sono trovati costretti a farlo a farmi il rimborso. Quindi se devo valutare i prodotti credo siano molto buoni. Se devo valutare invece la gestione del sito e dei clienti purtroppo credo che si possa fare molto di meglio. Non è una critica ma un incoraggiamento perché credo abbiano prodotti validi. They send me the shoes and they were very nice and really well made, certainly of quality. But unfortunately I was getting a little tight on the instep and so I ask for the return. They reply that the return is at my expense while on the site they say it is free and in addition I ask for a refund but I am told that it is not possible as they only make changes but on the site they say that they do refunds. In the end, pointing out what they themselves wrote on their site, they found themselves forced to do it to give me a refund. So if I have to evaluate the products I think they are very good. If I have to evaluate the management of the site and customers, unfortunately, I believe that much better can be done. It is not a criticism but an encouragement because I believe they have good products.
