★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La settimana prossima mi sposo: credendo di rapportarmi a venditori affidabili scelgo le bomboniere da Pedrazzoli.
La signora pare assecondare le nostre scelte ( da subito ho richiesto confetti classici con mandorla intera!). Nulla da dire sull’estetica delle stesse ma scopro solo casualmente che all’interno delle mie bomboniere ci sono confetti con mandorla ma al sapore di mix frutta e ovviamente la notizia non è stata la migliore. La signora da subito senza scusarsi mi ha provato a far cambiare idea dicendomi che i classici non vanno più di moda (che la gente si rompe i denti!!!) e che si fanno figure di m**** se si rimane sul classico. Ovviamente controllando l’appunto al momento della scelta non aveva scritto la tipologia di confetti, quindi ha pensato deliberatamente di scegliere a suo dire “perché sono di moda”
La signora spesso mi ha contattata per varie informazioni ma mai per sapere dei confetti.
Inoltre, al momento della scelta ci ha detto il prezzo delle bomboniere complete e al momento del saldo mi ha chiesto 10€ in più per bigliettini (che dovevano essere parte del “completo della bomboniera”) quindi è anche stata scorretta sul prezzo. È stata la prima, l’unica e l’ultima volta che andrò in questo negozio.
Scorretti e poco professionali.

The lady seems to indulge our choices (I immediately requested classic sugared almonds with whole almonds!). Nothing to say about the aesthetics of the same but I only casually discover that inside my favors there are sugared almonds but with a fruit mix flavor and obviously the news was not the best. The lady immediately without apologizing tried to change my mind by telling me that the classics are no longer in fashion (that people break their teeth !!!) and that you make a fool of yourself if you stay on the classic . Obviously, by checking the note at the time of the choice, he had not written the type of confetti, so he deliberately thought of choosing in his opinion "because they are in fashion"
The lady often contacted me for various information but never to find out about the confetti.
Furthermore, at the time of the choice she told us the price of the complete wedding favors and at the time of the balance she asked me for an extra € 10 for cards (which had to be part of the "complete of the wedding favor") so she was also incorrect on the price. It was the first, the only and the last time that I will go to this shop.
Incorrect and unprofessional.
