Personale molto preparato (ho comprato più volte materassi) gentile e disponibile a sciogliere ogni dubbio..prezzi credo nella norma dei buoni prodotti. Ottimo. Huge display of mattresses and accessories, bathroom linens, underwear and costumes, tablecloths ... I know they make duvets on the bed and even have a laundry to wash them. Very trained staff (I bought mattresses several times), kind and willing to dispel any doubts .. prices I believe in the norm of good products. Great.

Ho trovato personale competente, gentile, preciso e affidabile che svolge il proprio lavoro con attenzione, passione, meticolosità e rispetto del prodotto affidatogli. Filippo che se n'è preso cura e restituendolo bello e soffice come forse non era nemmeno da nuovo. Ho trovato molta professionalità e cortesia.. Tornerò sicuramente al loro negozio per qualsiasi necessità e, perché no, anche in previsione di un acquisto di un piumino nuovo.. Sono di loro produzione e sono meravigliosi!!!! I completely remade my double duvet, entrusting it to Mr. Filippo who took care of it and returned it as beautiful and soft as perhaps it was not even new. Il personale è di notevole e graditissima disponibilità, di forte piacevolezza (sorriso e buona comunicazione) e fortemente orientato al Cliente. Purtroppo, alla cassa si trova una signora dall'atteggiamento e dalla comunicazione assolutamente scostanti. In un primo momento, notando l'incoerenza con tutto il resto, ho pensato "Che peccato". Poi, però, riflettendo, ho pensato ad un'acuta tattica di marketing : far risaltare per effetto contrasto la piacevolezza del personale presente nel layout.
