★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, personale per niente serio, non hanno rispetto per la clientela e dicono solo bugie... ci hanno preso in giro un mese per consegnare una stufa che non è mai arrivata e non si degnano nemmeno di rispondere al telefono appena riconoscono i numeri... che vergogna! Lo sconsiglio assolutamente, ci sono tantissimi altri rivenditori esperti, professionali e molto seri nel lavoro che potete trovare in zona.
Bad experience, personal not at all serious, they have no respect for customers and they only tell lies ... they took us around a month to deliver a stove that never arrived and don't even deign to answer the phone as soon as they recognize the numbers ... what a shame! I absolutely do not recommend it, there are many other experienced, professional and very serious retailers in the work you can find in the area.

Inizialmente si mostrano persone gentili e cortesi, ma dopo( non capisco per quale motivo ) spariscono. Chiamate e messaggi a cui nessuno ha mai risposto. Sicuramente ormai conoscono il numero. Mi preoccupa questa cosa perché leggendo le varie recensioni altre persone hanno scritto le stesse cose . Ci sono veramente professionisti che meritano molto di più. Meglio spendere qualche euro in più e stare tranquilli
I'm sorry to write these reviews but I do it so other people don't get the same treatment. Initially, they appear to be kind and courteous people, but after (I don't understand why) they disappear. Calls and messages that no one has ever answered. They surely know the number by now. I am concerned about this because other people have written the same things reading the various reviews. There are truly professionals who deserve much more. Better to spend a few euros more and rest assured
