★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico fornaio, nel raggio di 20 km, ad avere un proprio laboratorio di pasticceria artigianale, e non usa prodotti prelavorati industriali. Eccezionali i dolci di pasta frolla e di pasta sfoglia appena lavorata e sfornata, la differenza si sente nella consistenza e nella struttura dei dolci; guardateli ed assaggiateli, sentirete subito una notevole differenza. Ovviamente ottimo il pane ed i panini, nonchè, stagione permettendo, panettoni e colombe.
Personale estremamente gentile e cortese. Consigliato!
The only baker, within a radius of 20 km, to have his own artisan pastry shop, and does not use industrial pre-processed products. The desserts of short pastry and freshly baked puff pastry are exceptional, you can feel the difference in the texture and structure of the desserts; look at them and taste them, you will immediately feel a noticeable difference. Obviously the bread and rolls are excellent, as well as, season permitting, panettone and doves.

La gentilezza e l'ospitalità dei proprietari è indiscussa. Gente che lavora con le braccia e con il cuore. Complimenti. ????
