Il cibo è buono e le porzioni generose, abbiamo atteso una mezz’ora per ricevere la frittura e 40 minuti per la pizza a parer mio tempistica onesta per un locale sovraffollato. Tutto buono si,ma il contorno lascia a desiderare,vi faccio presente alcuni punti: Mentre mi reco ai servizi noto che in cucina c’erano solo2-3 persone al mio rientro vedo Inoltre che Il pizzaiolo sostiene a mezz’aria la pala per infornare deduco quindi che non ci sia un aiutante,,mi permetto di recensire perché per anni anche io ho lavorato nelle cucine,ed è un peccato perché da peccati di gola si mangia bene sia la sfizioseria che la pizza. Consiglio di aumentare il personale perché a locale pieno diventa molto caotico e il servizio di sala poco attento alle richieste della clientela. Particular experience in this place in vitulazio. Locale a primo impatto accogliente e con del cibo squisito almeno deduco da quello che ci è passato davanti.. Prenotiamo per le 21:00 arriviamo in orario e ci fanno accomodare subito.Abbiamo ordinato alle 21:20 circa (crocchettoni e patatine) Crocchettoni arrivati alle 22:40 (con un capello biondo arrotolato sulla mortadella del crocchè) e patatine ordinate ma mai arrivate. Alle 23:40 ancora attendendo le pizze abbiamo chiesto quanto tempo ci volesse e ci hanno risposto ancora due tavoli al che ci siamo alzati pagato e andati via ed il proprietario senza nemmeno scusarsi per l’accaduto era pure schifato nel guardarci in faccia senza nemmeno darci lo scontrino,in cucina una signora senza cuffietta che assaggiava cose senza nemmeno risciacquarsi le mani. premetto che non eravamo gli unici ad attendere piu di due ore per assaggiare solamente l’antipasto infatti tutti a lamentarsi.peccato perché il cibo era invitante ma serve organizzazione… We were there tonight to spend a different evening in a group of 7 people. Il personale di sala molto educato e discreto. È da scegliere un vino bianco meno dolce per accompagnare i piatti. Consigliato. Beautiful location. Excellent fish dishes. Il cibo era buono e innovativo, fatto con ingredienti che rispettano la tradizione della cucina campana. Personale gentilissimo e attento a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Ciro, il proprietario, cura in maniera impeccabile tutte le fasi dei piatti dalla preparazione alla presentazione ai tavoli, coordinando tutto. Da poco trasferito a Vitulazio, fin dal periodo dell'agenzia immobiliare, mi avevano parlato bene di Peccati di Gola, sia per quanto riguarda le Pizze, sia per il cibo. Un po' incuriosito dalle voci un giorno ci è capito di dover mangiare fuori e quindi ci siamo detti: perché non provare questo nuovo locale. Sono stato subito colpito dal gusto con cui è stato arredato e capitando in un giorno infrasettimanale, praticamente ci siamo ritrovati soli a pranzo. La cordialità del titolare e cuoco è stata ottima, sia nella spiegazione delle pietanze sia nell'intrattenimento dei clienti. La fortuna come dicevo è che eravamo praticamente soli. In conclusione abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, piatti originali dai sapori particolari e che si presentavano anche bene. Avremmo voluto assaggiare di più, ma visto che siamo in regime dietetico, ci siamo ripromessi di fare qualche ulteriore visita di approfondimento. Visita che sicuramente non ci deluderà sotto ogni punto di vista. Se proprio vi trovate a passare da Vitulazio, vi consiglio vivamente di farci una capatina che ne vale veramente la pena. M	Michela Spada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata ieri sotto suggerimento di una collega.. anche se lo seguivo su fb da tempo..ero andata x una pizza ma visto l esposizione di prodotti biologici ho deciso di cenare.. abbiamo preso tre piatti diversi così da poter assaggiare più cose.. lo chef persona molto a modo e simpatico nell attesa ci ha portato delle frittelle.. che nn sn affatto surgelate ma che si scioglievano in bocca. Ci ha consigliato di azzardare un po! Nn la solita cucina... allora azzardiamk! Polpo arristito con stracciata di bufala e pomodori secchi... spettacolare! Unica nota negativa a me il polpo piace un pochino più morbido ma vi assicuro che gli abbinamenti erano spettacolari. Poi prendiamo una frittura di calamari.. anche qui con ricotta e zeste di limone.. che puliva il palato dal sapore di frittura praticamente assente! Ottimo. Passiamo alla tagliata carne ottima saporita e i dolci davvero spettacolari.. Il conto è stato di 100 euro abbiamo anche preso una bottiglia di vino ed i piatti erano un po più abbondanti essendo noi in 3... la location è semplice ... ci vorrebbe x un cibo così fatto bene e uno chef con idee molto innovative come lui un locale più moderno... ma cm ci ha spiegato lo chef i cambiamenti vanno fatti pian piano... la pizza nn l ho assaggiata ma ne passavano molte e la faccia era ottima.. la prossima volt darò 5 stelle se realizzerà tutto ciò che ha in mente di fare.... lo consiglio vivamente c e aria di famiglia e poi i proprietari sono napoletani.. e questo lo respirate nell aria e anche nel cibo..
