Per la seconda volta mi sono affidata a loro "a scatola chiusa" per trattamenti e ne sono rimasta super soddisfatta. Extremely competent, kind and nice operators. For the second time I relied on them "in a poke" for treatments and I was super satisfied.

Avevo acquistato 10 sedute di epilazione definitiva (su gambe e braccia), che non hanno assolutamente dato risultati positivi. Le sedute sono state fatte da 3 persone diverse, e a mio avviso non veniva dedicato tempo sufficiente per trattare in modo adeguato tutte le zone previste (la seduta era di un'ora scarsa). Tra una seduta e l'altra comunque avevo fatto presente la questione, la non è mai cambiato nulla. A fine trattamento (prima delle vacanze estive), non essendo rimasta soddisfatta del risultato ottenuto, sono passata nel vostro centro a mostrarvi fisicamente quanto poco fossero stati efficaci i trattamenti. Una volta constatata la situazione avete provato a propormi di effettuare ancora una seduta gratuita più ulteriori 5 sedute (a prezzo pieno) in modo tale da migliorare lo scarso risultato ottenuto. A settembre vi ho contattati telefonicamente per fissare la seduta gratuita ma non ho ricevuto risposta e non sono neppure stata richiamata (a differenza delle volte in cui chiamavo per fissare/modificare la prenotazione della seduta). The sessions were carried out by 3 different people, and in my opinion not enough time was devoted to adequately treat all the areas provided (the session was a scarce hour). Between one session and the next, however, I had pointed out the question, nothing has ever changed. At the end of the treatment (before the summer holidays), not being satisfied with the result obtained, I went to your center to show you physically how little the treatments had been effective. Once you have ascertained the situation, you tried to offer me another free session plus 5 more sessions (at full price) in order to improve the poor result obtained. In September I contacted you by phone to schedule the free session but I did not receive an answer and I was not even called back (unlike the times when I called to fix / modify the session reservation). Credo fortemente in questo tipo di estetica avanzata se unita ad uno stile di vita sano. La ragazza con cui ho fatto il primo colloquio è stata molto decisa, precisa, sincera e sicuramente io ho notato in lei molta conoscenza di quello che mi stava proponendo per aiutarmi nel mio problemino. In seguito sono stata “affidata” ad un’altra ragazza che fin da subito ed ancora oggi conferma a me personalmente che sono entrata a far parte di un’ottimo centro estetico. Persone gentili, con tanta voglia di migliorare e davvero molto efficienti e disponibili. The girl with whom I had the first interview was very decisive, precise, sincere and certainly I noticed in her a lot of knowledge of what she was proposing to me to help me in my little problem. Later I was "entrusted" to another girl who immediately and still today confirms to me personally that I have become part of an excellent beauty center. Kind people, with a great desire to improve and really very efficient and helpful.

Trattamenti e macchinari innovativi, coccole di prima categoria! Infine la gradevolissima sorpresa: essere contattata perché avevo ancora un trattamento pagato e mai fruito... sinceramente mi ero rassegnata ad averlo perduto, di mia iniziativa dopo 3 anni non avrei mai osato andare a reclamarlo. Professional service and a friendly welcome. Clean environment and people attentive to customer comfort. Innovative treatments and machinery, first class pampering! Finally, the very pleasant surprise: to be contacted because I still had paid treatment and never used it ... honestly I was resigned to having lost it, on my own initiative after 3 years I would never have dared to go and claim it.
