★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza! Ritirato il computer che non poteva essere riparato in garanzia, pagati €25 e mi sono ritrovato il computer rovinato nell’aprirlo e non più funzionante.
Bad assistance! Withdrawn the computer that could not be repaired under warranty, paid € 25 and I found the computer ruined in opening it and no longer working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si era rotto lo schermo del computer portatile e chiesi se si sarebbe potuto riparare. La commessa mi rispose che lo avrebbe dovuto vedere un tecnico ma mi avvertì del fatto che la semplice verificabilità della sostituzione sarebbe costata 20€. Nel caso che, tra gli schermi in magazzino non ce ne fosse stato uno compatibile, allora avrei dovuto ordinarlo. Mi chiamarono il giorno dopo dicendomi che lo schermo non era compatibile e come d'accordo dovetti pagare i 20€ del lavoro del tecnico. Decisi che non c'era tempo di ordinare il monitor e allora mi recai in un altro negozio di riparazioni, in provincia. Qui fortunatamente avevano lo schermo sostitutivo ma quando il tecnico del nuovo negozio mi contattò per dirmi del successo, mi chiese se lo schermo era stato precedentemente smontato perché i connettori erano montati male. Difatti, dopo aver ritirato il computer da Pea, provando ad accenderlo, parti del monitor che prima funzionavano erano sorprendentemente diventate grigie.
In conclusione, do una recensione bassa perché a differenza di altri negozi Pea mi ha fatto pagare la verificazione di un possibile schermo sostitutivo, montandolo male.
My laptop screen had broken and I asked if it could be fixed. The saleswoman replied that she should have seen a technician but warned me that the simple verifiability of the replacement would cost 20 €. In case, among the screens in stock there was not a compatible one, then I would have to order it. They called me the next day telling me that the screen was not compatible and as agreed I had to pay the 20 € of the technician's work. I decided that there was no time to order the monitor and so I went to another repair shop in the province. Here fortunately they had the replacement screen but when the technician from the new shop contacted me to tell me of the success, he asked me if the screen had been previously disassembled because the connectors were badly assembled. In fact, after taking the computer from Pea, trying to turn it on, parts of the monitor that previously worked had surprisingly turned gray.
In conclusion, I give a low review because unlike other stores Pea made me pay for the verification of a possible replacement screen, mounting it wrong.
