Dopo numerosi tentativi fai-da-te con i quali non ho chiaramente risolto nulla decido di rivolgermi ad un esperto. Il problema è stato individuato sin dal primo momento dell'accensione e poi confermato dopo ulteriori verifiche. Il problema era legato all'hard disk dunque c'era la possibilità di aver perso i miei dati personali. Dopo 3 giorni ho ricevuto il mio PC già configurato e pronto all'uso, con la stessa capacità di archiviazione e con prestazioni nettamente più elevate. Dopo 2 giorni ho riavuto tutti i miei dati. In soli 5 giorni sono state soddisfatte tutte le mie esigenze. LAVORO IMPECCABILE ad un prezzo più che ragionevole! La prossima volta so già a chi mi rivolgerò.
