Ho girato tutta Avellino per via di un recupero dati su una scheda di memoria di una fotocamera digitale e tutti mi hanno risposto che era impossibile recuperare i dati per via dell'adattatore rotto e a loro dire la scheda era bruciata definitivamente. Tramite un amico mi sono rivolto come ultima spiaggia a pc reboot di avellino precisamente a Monteforte Irpino e mi hanno recuperato tutte le foto e i video di cui non ci speravo più. La scheda l'ho dovuta buttare ma i dati sono stati tutti salvati e messi l sicuro. Vi devo veramente ringraziare per l'onestà, la professionalità e la gentilezza che mi avete mostrato. Complimenti sarete sempre la mia prima spiaggia da oggi in poi. Congratulations to this store and to those who manage it. I shot all Avellino because of a data recovery on a memory card of a digital camera and everyone replied that it was impossible to recover the data because of the broken adapter and they said the card was burned permanently. Through a friend I turned to the last resort as a pc reboot of avellino exactly in Monteforte Irpino and they recovered me all the photos and videos of which I no longer hoped. The card I had to throw but the data has been saved and put the safe. I really thank you for the honesty, professionalism and kindness you showed me. Congratulations you will always be my first beach from today onwards.

Il tecnico (Mirko) si è dimostrato gentile nell'accogliere le mie richieste e competente nel metterle in atto. Al momento non ho nessuna critica da fare e pertanto mi sento di consigliare questo negozio. AGGIORNAMENTO: dopo un mese ho avuto qualche piccolo problema con la batteria, e' bastato segnalarlo per riceverne celermente una nuova! In definitiva, MOLTO MOLTO SODDISFATTO, ricomprerei ad occhi chiusi. Purchased Lenovo refurbished laptop, requesting some HD changes. The technician (Mirko) proved to be kind in accepting my requests and competent in implementing them. At the moment I have no criticism to make and therefore I would recommend this store. UPDATE: after a month I had some small problems with the battery, it was enough to signal it to quickly receive a new one! Ultimately, VERY VERY SATISFIED, I would buy again with my eyes closed.

Aveva 3 anni di vita ma sembrava già un relitto perché lo uso in un magazzino e lascio immaginare quanta polvere aspira durante il giorno. Lo avevo portata da un altro tecnico e mi ha detto che bisognava cambiarlo in quanto si era bruciata la scheda madre. Tramite un mio cliente mi ha indirizzato da PC Reboot a Monteforte Irpino dove ho trovato Mirko che ha subito analizzato la situazione dicendo che per lui la scheda madre era buona, il pc aveva altri tipi di problemi. Dopo 1gg mi ha inviato un messaggio col preventivo e l'ho accettato. Al ritiro non mi sembrava il mio pc, superveloce perché ha installato un hard disk più veloce di quello precedente (tecnicamente non so il termine giusto), mi ha pulito tutto il pc internamente e soprattutto esternamente; SEMBRAVA ACQUISTATO NUOVO, profumava addirittura!!!!!!! Mi ha detto delle parole che non dimenticherò mai: - Quando una persona lavora con passione l'onestà e la cordialità arrivano di conseguenza, io non ho bisogno ne di truffare ne di approfittare di nessuno perché per me un cliente felice vale più di 10/15/20€ in più sul preventivo; i soldi passano, si consumano ma il rispetto si guadagna col tempo e col sudore. Ci siamo presi anche un caffè insieme e veramente mi sono ritirato a casa contentissimo. Tutt'ora il pc va benissimo ed è proprio da questo pc che sto scrivendo questa recensione meritatissima. Sicuramente sarai tu a leggere questa recensione Mirko e sappi che ti sono molto grato di tutto soprattutto per quella frase che in un certo senso ha cambiato il mio modo di pensare. Grazie!!!! I took it to another technician and he told me that it needed to be changed as the motherboard had burned out. Through a client of mine he directed me to PC Reboot in Monteforte Irpino where I found Mirko who immediately analyzed the situation saying that for him the motherboard was good, the PC had other types of problems. After 1 day he sent me a message with the quote and I accepted it. When I retired it didn't seem like my pc, superfast because it installed a hard disk faster than the previous one (technically I don't know the right term), it cleaned the whole pc internally and above all externally; IT LOOKED NEW, it even smelled !!!!!!! He told me words that I will never forget: - When a person works with passion, honesty and cordiality arrive as a result, I don't need to cheat or take advantage of anyone because for me a happy customer is worth more than 10/15/20 € more on the estimate; the money passes, is consumed but respect is earned with time and sweat. We also had a coffee together and I really went home very happy. Even now the pc is fine and it is from this pc that I am writing this well deserved review. Ho restituito la stampante arrivata simile ma col codice sbagliato rispetto a quella richiesta. Risultava firmato il reso firmato da un certo Guido F. ma loro dicono di non aver ricevuto nulla per cui tardano a fare il riaccredito. Loro dicono che nessuno ha firmato il reso quindi è un rimbalzare di responsabilità col corriere che hanno scelto loro per la spedizione che è venuto a casa mia a ritirare il pacco I want to be nice because in the end I got the return after continuous requests. Anche se lo Store si trova ancora in fase di allestimento è stato di una gentilezza e velocità unica. Dico unica perché mi sono affidato a diversi "Professionisti" del settore informatico per via di diversi problemi ai miei apparati informatici ma senza trarre alcun risultato. Mi sono recato in questo punto vendita ed assistenza attraverso il feedback di un mio collega che già si serviva presso la vecchia sede; all'inizio ero scettico di tutte quelle belle parole spese nei confronti di un tecnico ma oggi devo affermare che mi sono ricreduto. 2 Notebook e 1 IPhone 6 aggiustati in 3gg e alla perfezione. Cortesia, sincerità e tecnica ai massimi livelli. Ad Avellino e provincia credo che sia il migliore sulla piazza. Oltretutto il negozio è pieno di prodotti informatici sia di uso comune che più tecnici. Mirko mi ha spiegato che il suo nuovo concept è quello di vendere sì prodotti, ma soprattutto guidare il cliente e seguirlo a 360°. Offre prodotti rigenerati di grado alto ad ottimi prezzi, oltre che un assistenza tecnica da urlo. Grazie davvero, sono rimasto molto molto soddisfatto. A presto.
