g	giuseppeg73 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon negozio di informatica, la responsabile dell'assistenza è molto gentile e pronta ad ascoltare il problema del cliente, anche se c'è da dire che il reparto assistenza non è sempre impeccabile nel risolvere il problema del cliente: tempo fa ho portato a riparare il notebook ma, dopo un po', il computer ha ripresentato difficoltà di funzionamento, indice, questo, che la riparazione non era stata fatta bene: ho, quindi, dovuto portare il PC in un altro centro assistenza dove hanno finalmente risolto il guasto. Non so se adesso la qualità dell'assistenza è migliorata perché è un bel po' che non mi reco in questo posto per risolvere qualche problema col computer. Oltre a ciò va detto che, un po' di tempo fa, c'era qualche commesso gentile e disponibile e qualcun altro che sembra scocciato di lavorare lì, mentre l'ultima volta che ci sono stato ho trovato una persona piuttosto preparata e decisamente disponibile a dedicare il tempo necessario al cliente, che, giustamente, vuole essere consigliato al meglio prima dell'acquisto. I don't know if the quality of care has improved now because it's been a while since I went to this place to solve some computer problems. In addition, it must be said that, some time ago, there was some kind and helpful salesperson and someone else who seems annoyed to work there, while the last time I was there I found a rather prepared and very helpful person to dedicate the necessary time to the customer, who, rightly, wants to be advised at best before the purchase.

Torno a casa e D non si vede e le porte USB sono ancora difettate, costo 66 euro per cosa? pulixia della polvere all'interno del PC Spiegatemi nel dettaglio quali lavori sono stati fatti al mio PC per raggiungere 66 euro, perche' ho gli stessi problemi che avevo quando vi ho portato il PC e 66 euro in meno. J	Jasmina Sk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servis pessimo. Ho portato il notebook Lenovo perché non si accendeva più. Adesso attenzione: Hanno fatto diagnostica tra circa 10 giorni. Hanno scritto che il TENTATIVO di riparazione costará circa 170 euro. Non mi hanno detto cosa che non funziona. Ho rifiutato la riparazione e dovevo riprendere il mio notebook. Per riprenderlo dovevo aspettare ANCORA CIRCA 10 GIORNI!!! Ma non è tutto. Il più interessante sarà adesso: ho portato lo stesso notebook 3 giorni dopo per un'altro service. Hanno diagnosticato in 1 hora - il problema do pulsante di accensione. Lo hanno cambiato e ho preso il mio notebook riparato 3 ore dopo, ho pagato pochissimo. Allora PC Center hanno voluto fregare per cambiamento di un pulsante di accensione circa 170 euro e 3 settimane di tempo!!!! Mai più. Non sanno lavorare, prezzi dalle nuvole, non hanno proprio rispetto al cliente. Forse credono che tutto sono imbecilli e pagano quanto dicono loro. Un centro pessimo. Lo consiglio assolutamente. They do not know how to work, prices from the clouds, they have no respect for the customer. Maybe they think that everything is imbecile and pay what they say. A bad center. I absolutely recommend it.
