Finestre belle e performanti che consiglio a tutti,migliorano effettivamente la qualità della vita. I turned to PB Windows to solve an acoustic and thermal problem and I must say that I was very satisfied with the result. Non è accettabile che un azienda che si vanta di "tecnologia avanzata, esperienza e sapiente manualità", pecchi nell'assistenza al proprio prodotto,lasciando il cliente 5mesi senza un intervento. Peccato perché purtroppo sono vincolata e obbligata a dipendere dalla loro poca professionalità. My experience with this company is very bad. The product is a very valid pity for the assistance which is a disaster: disorganized, slow, little or clear. It is not acceptable that a company that prides itself on "advanced technology, experience and skilled craftsmanship", sins in assisting its product, leaving the customer 5 months without intervention. Too bad because unfortunately I am bound and obliged to depend on their lack of professionalism.
D	Danilo Carfagno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato casa con le porte interne fornite dalla p.b. Un disastro. Si rompono tutte le serrature ma questo non è niente. La serratura rimane dentro l'infisso e occorre rompere il telaio che sostiene la porta. L'ultima volta mia figlia è rimasta dentro e ho dovuto dare un calcio per aprirla. Che dire. Ora sono costretto, col consiglio del falegname, a cambiare tutte le serrature, ovviamente a mie spese. Mostro le foto del disastro!!! I purchased a house with internal doors provided by p.b. A disaster. All the locks are broken but this is nothing. The lock remains inside the window and the frame supporting the door must be broken. Last time my daughter stayed in and I had to kick to open it. What to say. Now I am forced, with the carpenter's advice, to change all the locks, obviously at my expense. I show the photos of the disaster !!!

A	Aurora Barocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA: salterà tutta la pratica dell'Ecobonus 110, poiché PB non è in grado di svolgere nemmeno il 30% degli infissi entro giugno, necessari al fine dell'ottenimento della linea di credito. Inammissibili le loro inottemperanze, che ricadono sulla ditta Sonnen e i loro clienti che per poter avere gli infissi, quindi un effettivo efficientamento delle energie usate, si vedono costretti ad usufruire del bonus al 50% (E in tal caso la stessa PB finestre risulta disponibile a svolgere il lavoro). Inoltre, sono venuto a conoscenza di questi problemi per vie traverse, senza alcuna comunicazione diretta da parte loro (a meno di 6 mesi da giugno!); Tutto ciò dimostra mancanza di professionalità e aggiungo che se dovesse essere una strategia aziendale risulterebbe per giunta un’azienda poco affidabile se non sleale: è evidente che in tal modo il cliente si trova in grande difficoltà, dovendo cercare e sostituire all’interno della pratica dell’Ecobonus, in tempi troppo brevi, un’azienda valida alternativa, con il rischio (certezza!) di non rientrare comunque nelle tempistiche, cioè nell’impossibilità di realizzare il 30% degli infissi entro giugno. Scrivo questa recensione dal telefono della mia ragazza al fine di mantenere l'anonimato, dal momento che ho ancora aperta con questa ditta la pratica dell'Ecobonus 110 When NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE: skip all the practice ecobonus 110 because PB is not able to perform even 30% of the fixtures by June, needed in order to obtain the credit line.
