★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non mi permetto di consigliare o sconsigliare.....l'esperienza non è stata ottimale. Accordi di tutti i lavori i sopralluoghi fatti con Pecoraro. In fase di apertura lavori un paio di giorni prima dell'inizio lavori scopriamo che i lavori non li fa lui ma un'altra persona mai vista ne conosciuta. Lavori fatti male innumerevoli danni e lavori non fatti. In fase di pagamento ho deciso di trattenere una quota fino a quando i lavori non fossero stati completi. Sono stato aggredito verbalmente che ero un pessimo pagatore mi hanno assicurato che avrebbero risolto i problemi causati e risolto tutto. Una volta saldato tutto sono spariti. A distanza di un anno i lavori fatti male sono rimasti a nostro carico come anche i danni da loro causati.
