Azienda molto competente nella realizzazione delle pavimentazioni esterne in porfido e pietra naturale e dotata di ogni attrezzatura, il che ha permesso di eseguire i lavori a casa mia in maniera continuativa, senza perdite di tempo (e per me era sicuramente un aspetto essenziale) e mantenendo tutto il cantiere pulito e sotto controllo. Lavori eseguiti con precisione e puntualità: questa azienda ha eseguito per me veramente un bel lavoro nonostante le complessità progettuali imposte dalle dimensioni degli spazi esterni della mia casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzi e preventivi molto dettagliati e chiari, a prova di sorprese.

Very competent company in the construction of outdoor porphyry and natural stone floors and equipped with every equipment, which allowed me to carry out the work in my house continuously, without wasting time (and for me it was definitely an essential aspect) and keeping the whole site clean and under control. Works carried out with precision and punctuality: this company has done a really good job for me despite the design complexities imposed by the size of the external spaces of my house. Excellent quality / price ratio and very detailed and clear quotes, proof of surprises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto sollecitare per tre volte un preventivo. Arrivato con notevole ritardo. Poi ho chiesto preventivo e fattura su vecchia proposta, essendo passato del tempo. Non mi hanno mai risposto nonostante tre solleciti e diversi tentativi di telefonare loro (introvabili alla cornetta!). Pessimo pessimo pessimo. Inutile dire che mi sono rivolto a un altro fornitore e che con AVI ho solo perso tempo e fatica.
PS è arrivata la risposta del proprietario. Arrogante e infondata (a partire dal fatto che la AVI non ha mai lavorato per me, ha solo steso un preventivo... che non costituisce né obbligo né contratto). Liberi di non volermi vendere, ma raccontar balle, no. Potrebbero imparare molto da altre ditte (es. ArtePietra) ma il loromodo di trattare la clientela delusa li qualifica perfettamente!
I had to request a quote three times. Arrived very late. Then I asked for a quote and an invoice on an old proposal, as time had passed. They never answered me despite three reminders and several attempts to call them (nowhere to be found on the handset!). Bad bad bad. It goes without saying that I turned to another supplier and that with AVI I only lost time and effort.
PS came the owner's reply. Arrogant and unfounded (starting from the fact that AVI has never worked for me, it has only drawn up a quote ... which is neither an obligation nor a contract). Free not to want to sell me, but to tell lies, no. They could learn a lot from other companies (eg ArtePietra) but their way of dealing with disappointed customers qualifies them perfectly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la visita al sito web la prima telefonata aveva lasciato ben sperare, potevano selezionare il lastrame di porfido secondo le tonalità desiderate, bastava inviare qualche foto e le quantità in mq. La persona mi é sembrata gentile, disponibile e responsive. Mandato mail, poi ho chiamato e non era stata ricevuta, la reinvio e chiedondibverificare nella cartella spam: niente. Passiamo quindi a whatsapp. Messaggio letto, passano 3 giorni e nada. Sollecito con chat: nada. Chiamo, non risponde. Il giorno dopo richiamo e risponde dicendo che aveva girato la richiesta in ufficio (si vabbè) e mi avrebbe fatto rispondere in giornata. Passano 2 settimane: sollecito via email, whatsapp e nessuna traccia del preventivo o anche di una semplice risposta di presa in carico.
Rinuncio. Se per un preventivo ci vuole un mese e non comunicano immagino per gestire un ordine.
Senza polemica, magari sono stato sfortunato io, o forse di lavoro ne hanno fin troppo per seguire un ordine da €800/1000, ad ogni modo suggerisco organizzarsi meglio per gestire gli ordini.
After visiting the website, the first phone call had given us hope, they could select the porphyry slab according to the desired shades, it was enough to send some photos and the quantities in square meters. The person seemed kind, helpful and responsive to me. I sent mail, then I called and it was not received, I resend it and ask to check the spam folder: nothing. So let's move on to whatsapp. Message read, 3 days pass and nada. Reminder with chat: nada. I call, he doesn't answer. The next day I call back and he replies saying that he had turned the request to the office (oh well) and would have made me answer within the day. Two weeks go by: I send a reminder via email, whatsapp and no trace of the quote or even a simple response to take charge.
I give up. If for a quote it takes a month and they don't communicate I guess to manage an order.
Without controversy, maybe I was unlucky, or maybe they have too much work to follow an order of € 800/1000, in any case I suggest getting better organized to manage orders.
