Unfortunately it seems to be in the butcher's shop you are just a number as usual patients of series a and series b nurses good professional doctors we lift a pitiful veil not up to par before starting the shift they do not prepare for the patient they meet ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here for the most part are wonderful. I have a language barrier and most try to struggle through with me. They are kind, gentle, friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working. The food is mediocre except they make the best soups! And the cafe latte is great. However for the most part vegetables and meat come steamed, swimming in water, and tasteless. I understand it is difficult to meet the dietary needs of so many patients so have no idea of how to resolve. Also i am diabetic and i doubt my dietician would agree with the quantity and mix of certain food.
Finally it looks very clean in here on the surface but the railings on my bed are dirty, looking under the bedside table tray is encrusted with dirt in the joints. Also hand washing needs to b better reinforced especially for those needing to use a bedpan and who clean themselves after using it. I dont blame staff though, they have to run for so much...what happened to the hand sanitizer movement from a few years ago.
