Mi hanno solo fatto perdere tempo. La sconsiglio vivamente. Unfortunately, this workshop lacks a professional relationship with the customer, they do not speak well and their prices are excessively out of market. They just wasted my time. I strongly advise against it.

Sono carenti di professionalità per il comportamento sgarbato e spazientito della signora che ci ha fatto il preventivo. Non sono né puntuali né di parola dal momento che non mi hanno più riaggiornato il preventivo come concordato. Per non perdere altro tempo, mi rivolgerò ad un'altra officina più competente. Non la consiglio. Metto una stella solo perché non posso metterne di meno. Very high prices compared to other workshops. They are lacking in professionalism due to the rude and impatient behavior of the lady who gave us the quote. They are neither punctual nor up to date since they have not updated the quote as agreed. In order not to waste any more time, I will contact another more competent workshop. I don't recommend it. I only put a star because I can't put less.

A	Alberto P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho voluto aspettare a scrivere questa recensione per assicurarmi che da parte vostra non vi fosse un riesame della mia manifesta e dichiarata insoddisfazione. Sono rimasto deluso sotto tutti gli aspetti nonostante sia stato per lungo tempo vostro affezionato cliente. Il preventivo pattuito con il capo officina non è stato rispettato nè comunicatone l’aumento ingiustificato di 150 euro. Al ritiro dell’auto ho segnalato il malfunzionamento del telecomando che dopo essere stato visionato mi è stato restituito danneggiato. Nonostante le rimostranze e la mia insoddisfazione e sebbene l’aumento fosse stato riconosciuto ma non giustificato anche dal capo officina e dalla sua esperienza ventennale (come riferito) mi viene offerto uno sconto al prossimo lavoro di riparazione in officina…. Esprimo il mio rammarico. Rimango la persona di sempre ma avete perso un cliente.
