★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo fa avevo chiesto un balayage biondo. Quello che ne è venuto fuori era una tinta irregolare che partiva quasi dall’attaccatura con macchie di colore tendenti all’arancione, shampoo anti giallo che dava sfumature blu/verdi e la mia base schiarita dal tonalizzante che è diventata dorata/carota (cosa assolutamente NON richiesta). Tutto questo disastro alla modica cifra di 210 €. Trovo piuttosto disonesto non comunicare alla cliente che questo genere di cose NON siete in grado di farle in quanto salone. Tutt’ora ho i capelli rovinati ma grazie a dio (solo per quanto riguarda il colore) sono riuscita a sistemarli altrove. L’unico punto a vostro favore è la gentilezza che purtroppo non va a compensare tutto il resto.
Some time ago I asked for a blonde balayage. What came out was an uneven tint that started almost from the hairline with patches of color tending to orange, anti-yellow shampoo that gave blue / green shades and my base lightened by the toning that went golden / carrot (which absolutely NOT required). All this disaster for the modest sum of € 210. I find it rather dishonest not to tell the client that this kind of thing you are NOT able to do as a salon. I still have damaged hair but thank god (only in terms of color) I was able to fix it elsewhere. The only point in your favor is the kindness which unfortunately does not compensate for everything else.
