★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcuni mesi fa ho telefonato per avere un preventivo. Nessuno mi ha richiamata, ho quindi telefonato nuovamente e idem. Mi sono recata di persona e una commessa mi ha detto che i titolari in quel momento non erano disponibili... io li vedevo di là del vetro a chiacchierare e loro vedevano me!!! Mi ha chiesto di lasciare di nuovo numero telefonico che mi avrebbero contattata. Da quel giorno mai più visto e sentito nessuno. Non conosco il motivo di tale comportamento di certo qualunque sia il motivo penso sia educazione chiamare e spiegarne il motivo. Fortunatamente ci sono ottimi elettricisti a Pavullo e quindi è tutto risolvibile. È spiacevole però essere trattati in questo modo da persone che nemmeno conosco. E comunque fortunati loro se si possono permettere di trattare così i clienti. Chissà con gli anni se andrà sempre così. Io di certo non mi farei fare un lavoro da loro per nessun motivo al mondo in futuro. Metto una stellina solo perché è il minimo. Penso che un comportamento del genere meriterebbe molto meno.
A few months ago I phoned for a quote. Nobody called me back, so I called again and ditto. I went in person and a saleswoman told me that the owners at that time were not available ... I saw them beyond the glass to chat and they saw me !!! He asked me to leave again a phone number that would contact me. From that day never seen and heard from anyone. I don't know the reason for this behavior, of course whatever the reason I think it is education to call and explain the reason. Fortunately there are excellent electricians in Pavullo and therefore everything is solvable. It is unfortunate, however, to be treated this way by people I don't even know. And still lucky if they can afford to treat customers like that. Who knows with the years if it will always go like this. I certainly wouldn't get them to do a job for any reason in the world in the future. I only put a star because it is the minimum. I think such behavior would deserve much less.
