★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedendo spiegazioni sul perché bisognava rifare la tessera in quanto non essendo passato un anno , un ' impiegata con fare indisponente e per nulla esplicativo cercava di sbrigare la domanda con atteggiamento supponente e fastidioso e visto che non mi soddisfava ciò che mi diceva , al mio tentativo di avere ulteriori delucidazioni arrivava in suo supporto un uomo , suppongo il titolare che perorando la tesi della signorina sfoggiava un atteggiamento protervioso ...ho preferito andarmene ma la cosa non mi è andata giù! Un accorato consiglio : vi capitasse di servirvi da loro fatevi dare a corredo della tessera l opuscolo dove sono chiaramente elencate le spiegazioni che la regolamentano , è un diritto dell utenza ed un loro dovere proprio per evitare dubbi e/o fraintesi .

I preferred to leave but it didn't go down! A heartfelt advice: if you happen to be served by them, get the booklet with the card where the explanations that regulate it are clearly listed, it is a right of the user and their duty precisely to avoid doubts and / or misunderstandings.

Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che hanno praticamente fiscali da eseguire!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente uniche ,sono di un alta professionalità risolvono i problemi in 5 minuti ,sono sempre super cordiali , hanno una pazienza infinita , mi hanno risolto tutti i mie probelmi con una semplicità disarmante , cosa che da altre parti sembrava che dovessi andare sulla luna.
Finalmente un caff dove si puo' stare tranquilli.
