★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale terribilmente incompetente. Comunicazione scadente, organizzazione si può dire assente, mancanza di professionalità (mi hanno sbagliato diverse pratiche) e fanno perdere tanto, ma tanto tempo... Meglio rivolgersi altrove.
 Terribly incompetent staff. Poor communication, organization can be said to be absent, lack of professionalism (several practices have me wrong) and they waste a lot, but a lot of time ... Better to go elsewhere.
