★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio inutile è nulla più, sono mesi che chiamo per appuntamenti sia per una pratica che per un altra, nessuno mai che risponde in qualsiasi ora telwfono squilla è nessuno si degna a rispondere, dopo vari squilli mettono il telefono occupato pet non rispondere, sono 6 giorni che chiamo per un aappuntamento per la disoccupazione da fare urgente è neppure oggi nessuna risposta, soldi di noi cittadini buttati per pagarli, dovremmo avere un servizio utile e invece ci dobbiamo rivolgere in altre sedi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando mai sono andata in questo patronato di Crema… sono maleducati, svogliati, non rispondono al telefono.... mi mancavano dei documenti e non mi hanno più fatto sapere nulla .....praticamente inutili...!!!! Probabilmente dipende anche da chi ti trovi davanti perché l’hanno passato cioè il 2020 è andata meglio... me ne guarderò bene nel ritornare in quel posto... Per prendere i soldi sono molto veloci ...????????????????????????

Mi hanno tenuto in ballo 2 mesi per inviare la pratica della mia domanda NASPI, scoprendo dopo aver aspettato tutto questo tempo, che la domanda non era stata mai nemmeno invita.
Ho tentato tantissime volte di parlare con Angela, ovviamente cosa mai avvenuta visto che dalla reception continuavano ad inventarsi scuse.
DA EVITARE!!! INCOMPETENTI!!!
