Molto poco preparati, causano ritardi o errori alle pratiche dei clienti e poi li mandano a quel paese col gesto della mano. Che schifo. Mai più da loro. Amaramente pentita. The most recent hires have degraded Caf and Patronato. They are rude, superficial and arrogant employees. Ho assistito ad una scena in cui l'impiegata bruna prendeva a maleparole una cliente quasi alzava le mani. Mi sono alzato e sono andato via. Mai da loro. Sono stati a disposizione degli utenti, me compreso, anche durante il lockdown per Covid19, impelagati nelle beghe burocratiche non solo delle dichiarazioni dei redditi, ma anche dei vari bonus del periodo. Ho assistito a episodi di totale mancanza di rispetto e maleducazione da parte di alcuni utenti e nonostante tutto il personale è stato a loro disposizione per richieste di qualsiasi tipo, a volte anche non di loro competenza. Ad accese rimostranze fatte, oltre al danno ho avuto la beffa: "Una volta chiusa, la pratica non ci compete più ed evidentemente la colpa è del cliente che non ha dato tutta la documentazione giusta."
