★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente un altro, sono gentili ma per le pratiche se nn gli chiami ogni giorno per più di 4 mesi te gli fanno perdere... io avevo fatto la domanda bonus bebè quando avevo 8 mesi di gravidanza, ora mio figlio ha già 2 messi , e soltanto chiamando ogni giorno si sono decisi di farmi la domanda...
I highly recommend another, they are kind but for the practices if you don't call them every day for more than 4 months you lose them ... I had asked the baby bonus question when I was 8 months pregnant, now my son has already put 2 , and only by calling every day did they decide to ask me the question ...

La gentilezza c'è MA se devi svolgere una pratica devi chiamarli h24 per sapere se ci sono delle novità altrimenti non ti aggiorna nessuno e, tralatro si risentono di questa cosa! La prima volta mi hanno consegnato un F24 con un codice sbagliato. Inutile a dire che la ragazza della Posta ha detto che era errato e che dovevano rimandarlo..... due giorni persi per un pagamento di un F24. non lo consiglio a nessuno
Giving a star is too little. My experience at this property was not one of the best. Kindness is there BUT if you have to carry out a practice you have to call them 24 hours a day to find out if there are any news otherwise no one will update you and, apart from that, they resent this! The first time they gave me an F24 with a wrong code. Needless to say, the girl from the post office said it was wrong and they had to postpone it ..... two days lost for a F24 payment. I do not recommend it to anyone
