La nuova operatrice non sa di cosa si sta parlando, e uno degli uscieri ha pure alzato la voce..non torno piu' I came back 4 times to have a socio-sanitary isee .. and in the end I had to make another appointment in via tadino. i	i ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uno deve fare queste pratiche, e non essendo professionalmente preparato chiede aiuto a questo Caf, il personale pensa che uno deve già arrivare con tutto come loro sono pratici di gestire, ma non è così, se non hai documenti nel ordine a loro necessario dimostrano la TUA incompetenza, pazienza ZERO. one has to do these practices, and not being professionally prepared asks for help from this Caf, the staff thinks that one must already arrive with everything as they are practical to manage, but it is not so, if you do not have documents in the order they need they demonstrate the YOUR incompetence, ZERO patience.
s	stefano rancati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 28/12/2020 dopo aver preso regolare appuntamento online (ore 11.30) ed essermi fatto 2 ore sotto la neve arrivo alla sede verso le 10.30 e la trovo chiusa senza alcuna info in vetrina. Dopo aver chiesto delucidazioni alle attività vicine provo a contattare il numero verde e dopo 30 minuti di attesa scopro magicamente che la sede era chiusa dal 23 dicembre al 03 gennaio ma avevano lasciato l'agenda aperta. La cosa assurda è che non hanno indicato nulla nè sul sito nè sul luogo. In aggiunta voglio sottolineare la totale incompetenza di chi ha gestito la chiamata in mattinata la quale all'inizio mi invitava ad aspettare l'orario, poi ha verificato online e ha scoperto che era chiusa e successivamente mi invitava a recarmi (con 40 cm di neve) in un'altra sede (Via Tadino 18) per provare a vedere se fosse aperta ( NB: l'agenda appuntamenti era chiusa quindi ho fatto capire alla gentile signorina che non aveva senso recarmi in quel luogo). Mi sono sentito preso totalmente in giro. On 28/12/2020 after having made a regular online appointment (11.30 am) and having spent 2 hours under the snow, I arrive at the office around 10.30 am and find it closed without any info in the window. After asking for clarification from nearby activities I try to contact the toll-free number and after 30 minutes of waiting I magically discover that the office was closed from 23 December to 03 January but they had left the agenda open. The absurd thing is that they have not indicated anything neither on the site nor on the place. In addition, I want to underline the total incompetence of those who handled the call in the morning who at first invited me to wait for the time, then checked online and discovered that it was closed and then invited me to go (with 40 cm of snow ) in another location (Via Tadino 18) to try to see if it was open (NB: the appointment diary was closed so I made it clear to the kind young lady that it made no sense to go to that place). I felt totally taken for a ride.
